Just picked up my daughters birthday cake. Got plates and decorations to match the cake we ordered, which is a bummer because it truly isn’t the cake I picked out and ordered a week ago. The colors, the decorations, the size, just everything is so different. I’m mainly upset because Walmart should better train their bakers/decorators or take the cakes advertised out of the Catalog if the employees can’t make them. I would have loved a phone call too if someone honestly didn’t think they were confident enough to do it, I would’ve also gladly picked another design with similar colors, or we could’ve discussed maybe just making the cake more simple but keeping color scheme and general idea the same.

Bakery staff of 3 people was no help at all . Everyone had a attitude . My cake was ugly ,sprinkles just dumped covering cake and I had no time to order a new one .I will never order from bakery again this is second time this happened. I called management he couldn't do anything for me because I didn't have receipt . When clearly there is a record somewhere of me ordering from tablet that worker used or receipts they keep .Never again! Zero stars ! Dec 1-19

Be careful if you use online grocery order & pickup. I ordered a clothing rack with my grocery items. Got it home, it was broken. Took it back to the same store WITH receipt, and was told the local store cannot process online grocery order returns. Call this number they said. You won't be put on hold they said. Haha! Right from the store I called the number. Was of course put on hold. Then was accidentally disconnected. Twice. When I finally got to talk to someone, I was told the local store had given me the wrong number. So I called the second number. Keep in mind I'm IN this Walmart. Guess what? When someone finally came on the line, they processed my refund AND TOLD ME I HAD TO TAKE THE BROKEN ITEM BACK TO THE STORE I WAS ALREADY AT. WALMART!!!!! Get your act together!!!!
