Not sure what is going on with them, but it's the 3rd time that I've ordered online and it's been screwed up. So I called back and said that I was shorted half of the nuggets order. No apology for any inconvenience and nothing to make up for it. I understand that people can make mistakes but you also owe it to customers to make things right. I was on the other side of the counter and took care of mistakes that happened.
