we went through the drive through and the lady almost threw our bag of food at us. she literally ripped the bag with how hard she yanked it. i then had to return inside because she didn’t give us our sauces and i witnessed the cook the entire time i was in there, handling food with his hands, no gloves at all. he would rip lettuce and then rip chicken and bacon(yes the meat was cooked) but still besides the point. he would go from that to then handling buns and roast beef, again with just his hands and no gloves.

I’d probably put 0 stars if I could. There were multiple people in the store & they were trying to early close which I know from working in food service is a huge no no. My DoorDash order was on their screen for almost 13 minutes & was not made. I was completely ignored in the drive thru & at the window. I went inside & was ignored. As they were finally making the order the whole time the was inappropriate language & a whole attitude. I feel sorry for the one short blonde woman as she was doing most of the work while everyone else just screwed around doing nothing. Will not be returning here as I have to explain to my customer why her order is so late. Will be encouraging her to place a review as well. She ordered one item, mozzarella sticks. It isn’t that hard to make a 3 minute food item & bag it.

Wouldn't recommend getting food here unless you got a spare 45 mins to wait for it. I had to go inside to get it I thought they forgot they asked me to pull

NEVER gets my order right and takes 10-15 minutes to prepare a single combo with nobody else in line. Won't answer the phone to resolve any issues and have been rude in the past, I will say they've at least been friendly lately.

The screwed up the order. Was 3 sandwiches, I 5 piece fish and 1 5 piece chicken strips plus 2 Orange cream shakes 1 sm 1 regular. Got 2 sand everything else ok. Usually they're good but was home b4 I checked.

Just went to Arby's, bought a $8.00 Rueben sandwich that did not have but one piece of meat on one side of the sandwich fries are cold and no knapkins in the bag. So it is like paying $8.00 for a half of a sandwich. Had to put the 2 halves together to make a half of a sandwich. Service was very slow.

New store but service sucks. Stopped in today. A guy walked to the counter to take my order. He said nothing. I asked how are you doing.... He said nothing. I asked again and he said nothing. What happened to what would you like to eat question?I again walked out never to return!!!!
