Besides having to ask for extra rice to have enough to eat with all the other ingredients in my bowl my main complaint is the filthy mess of this place. There wasn’t anywhere to sit because all the tables were filthy. We found one one less dirty right in front of the entrance doors which was less than ideal. The drink area was a mess. There was ice all over the floor. A lady with the cane was trying to get a drink and not fall on the ice. A worker came over to get himself something to drink and didn’t even offer to clean that ice up. There was also trash overflowing in the same area. It’s just a disgusting place. I don’t think I’ll ever go there again. After a few minutes we packed our food up and left.

These 1 star reviews are legit. Don’t waste your money here. The outside was very dirty- had trash overflowing all of the bins. The inside was also very dirty and in disarray. They were out of chips (how are you out of chips? That’s like McDonalds being out of fries). Then the portion size was very small, didn’t even fill the bowl the way they do at other Chipotle locations. I normally have enough leftover for a small lunch the next day. Not tonight. Very very disappointing.

Actually awful! Was super excited for chipotle and I ordered online. Little did I know that my food was going to be cold, they would not add certain items (cheese, fresh salsa, sour cream and fajitas) and they would add items that I did not want in my bowl (beans). Overall terrible experience.

This is my first time ever leaving a restaurant review in my 22 years on this earth. When I tell you that this is the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had, I am not exaggerating. They gave me a bowl (double rice, mind you) that was, at best, a quarter full. I know I ordered online and the poor workers have to listen to corporate and/or management to skimp out on portions, but to say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. If I could give a 0 star review, I would. 8 dollars down the drain.

Every single time I visit this chipotle I have a bad experience. I haven’t figured out if it’s racism or just blind disrespect. The first time I went to this chipotle the worker just stood and stared at me and waited for me to speak. Didn’t ask me a single time what I want. He even walked away at one point in the middle of my order without a word. The second time I went I asked one of your workers for extra rice and he gave me 3 pieces and proceeded to laugh in my face. I don’t know if it’s the management allowing your workers to act this way or if it’s the people themselves. I do not appreciate this disrespect. If I am kind to your workers I’d expect the same energy.
This is an usually disappointing Chipotle. Chipotle is typically super consistent in terms of the quality of food and service. However this one always falls short. Do not order online. I have done it three times now and all three times they messed up my order. Ordering in-store can be hard too since the line is pretty much always stretching to the door of the restaurant. The place isn't kept very well since tables and counters are usually covered with trash. On the off chance that they actually have all of the ingredients you're planning to eat, they aren't usually up to par. Meats can be overcooked and I've found the rice to be overcooked. Pico never looks super fresh either. Most of the staff seems nice enough and if you catch them at a good time, this isn't a bad choice. I try not to be too harsh on restaurants, but considering that literally every other Chipotle that I've been to has been to is so much better, I really feel like this one needs some work.
