I ordered two Large ice vanilla coffees with extra vanilla with cream and sugar, first they were rude, out of everything except sour cream doughnuts(gross) and they did not put in the extra vanilla in my coffees. Absolutely horrible, I drove 45 mins and it was a huge disappointment.

Bought gift card. Young women had been cleaning tables. She was very conscious to wash her hands before waiting on me. Very friendly.The drive-thru drive path is a nightmare. Backed up cars on left block one of two library entrance / exit lanes. Incoming and outgoing cars to the library have to share a single lane.

One of my favorite places on earth to get coffee. I stop here everyday on my way to work. Their large Caramel frozen coffee with a shot of espresso is amazing. Will be a customer forever.
It's a traditional Dunkin' Donuts but staffed by intelligent people that are good at customer service and calm enough to keep theirs heads about them when the inevitable weekend morning rush hits them.

I have had a thing for Dunkin ever since I was a kid, back when they were Dunkin Donuts, and they had a location in Richmond. Unfortunately, they closed, and I have longed for it ever since. I was excited when I found out a location opened in Connersville, but disappointed when I found out it was drive thru only. I later found out the other closest location was in Oxford, so while I was on vacation, I decided to make a drive over there for lunch and to get some coffee and donuts and their munchkins. For lunch, I had a Chicken and Roasted Pepper Wrap, Glazed Chocolate Donut, and Diet Pepsi. It was delicious. I ordered an Americano Iced Coffee for the drive home. I loved it! I also ordered half dozen donuts and a order of 10 munchkins. My donuts included Glazed Chocolate, Vanilla Sprinkled, and Jelly. My munchkins included Glazed Chocolate, Jelly, and Blueberry. I even took some to my parents when I got home. They were all delicious, and I would probably go back sometime. I hope management is reading this and brings one back to Richmond. I know the perfect location, where Tim Horton used to be.
