Staff is nice and the cookies are goated, as expected from Insomnia. Peanut Butter Chip is probably my favorite.
I was SUPER excited that they had gluten and dairy free chocolate chip cookies. Despite that's the only GF/DF cookie they had, it was fine by me because those are my favorite. These cookies came out freshly baked and ooey gooey YUMMY!!!!We got a box of 6...suffice it to say I wasn't able to finish them, however, two days later, they were still soft!!! Well done Insomnia! well done.

I was looking for a treat and heard about Insomnia Cookies. Needless to say I so much enjoyed my vegan cookies and my hubby his regular so much this will be part of my celebration when I reach goals or just a good treat!

Really good chain dessert place. Cookies are a step up from similar places and the ice cream is very tasty. Cookie sandwich mixed the right amount of warm cookie and ice cream. Dreamweaver ice cream is worth a try.

Received an overflowing cup of toppings that got all over our floor and table. Received an unfrosted brownie and incorrect order. When I called customer service, they told us they never put toppings on the brownies for delivery. This should be stated on the website. The person handling customer service was also EXTREMELY rude and even condescending. There was also no frosting in the cup despite paying for it. We paid $6+ for a cup of overflowing toppings, no frosting (we paid for), and poor customer service. We will never be buying from Insomnia again and we used to frequent here. The customer service was by far the worst part.

I was given the wrong order and when I brought it up they double charged me in order for me to have what I asked for. On top of that the cookie was old are very hard to bite into.
