Stolen money twice from me when they won’t deliver. Ordered online and after no changes for half an hour I called and they said I would get my money back and they couldn’t deliver. This did not happen. Tried again recently and same thing except that nobody wanted to pick up the phone

Old reviews still stand. Stand clear! Passive aggressive drivers, average food, doesn’t read delivery nor sandwich instructions. Delivery driver in grey suv is definitely a below average employee.

The food is good quality and tastes how I would expect, but they never deliver in a timely fashion. I have never had an order take less than 45 minutes to arrive, and usually it is more than an hour. There isn't a tab to check delivery status anywhere on the app, so this is incredibly frustrating. When the slogan is "Freaky Fast," I honestly expect faster delivery. Even today, when I ordered for delivery right at open, it took 35 minutes from order confirmation for the order to be out for delivery.
