This used to be one of my favorites but the last year has made me question whether I'll return. Last night I gave it one last try: over $14 for a small 3 topping pizza (thank goodness for a coupon which brought it down to over $11) which was dry and tasteless. The sauce was almost non-existent. I think they brushed it on. And how could I not taste the cheese? The onions and green pepper were crunchy. If there were mushrooms I couldn't tell.

I have been getting pizza here for the good part of 2 years and for the first time (today) there was a mistake and the great Papa Johns team made it right and got me my correct food. Mistakes happen and the fact that they were so helpful in getting me my dinner is why this place deserves 5 stars.

I love the papadias.In papa johns you better have your order and leave. The place is not encouraging to stay.My plan was to change my routine by eating out but I couldn’t, it seems an abounded place,i think it just needs a little heed to be better and attract people to eat there. The only two things that are good, the food and the nice staff which is right now at somehow is enough.

I ordered delivery and the delivery driver just dropped my food off in the lobby of the hotel. No one was at the front desk he wanted me to come outside and pick up my food. I called the store and talked to whoever was supposed to be the manager on duty and they told me they don’t know what to tell me. As if it was ok terrible service won’t never order from there again

Food is great, freshly made, the usual Papa John's standard, though I feel this place in particular tends to forget to put some toppings on there pizzas for the customers.Parking: Decent parking, though not a whole lot of spaces there.

Do not order any delivery from this store, it happened twice they sent my food to my neighbors. So, I just have a quick question can you guys just cancel your own delivery services and give it to the door dash or something else, since at least their delivery person can read the location Also, I really like their services because they send the wrong location without a single apology.
