Sorriso more like spooky haunted house, was so dark in there thank god I brought my headlamp (BWOHL). Server also resembled a ghoul. Now to the food, got the shrimp scampi which was served with 2 sticks of melted butter which was a nice touch and good for my health. Kitchen staff is clearly skilled as they utilized their arts and crafts skills and cut the noodles into half inch pieces which I've never seen before but was a nice touch. Would highly recommend to go here when in Oxford with cravings of butter and garlic on your mind.

Food and service are good. However, the entree menu seems very limited, mostly appitizers, sandwiches, and pizza. I thought it was the lunch menu but no. I would have rated higher but after I gave my credit card for payment, when the bill was brought back they added a 3% credit card processing fee. When asked about it they said "everyone is doing that now". So what's next, a fee to cover their electricity? That should be part of their overhead and just angered me. So until I actually have to pay this fee everywhere as they say (this was first time I'd seen it and I travel alot) I won't be going back.

Came in on a Wednesday evening. Only my coworker and I were the only customers here. It was about 7, which was weird, but this college town was in the middle of nowhere and school wasn't in session.I got the Steak pizza. Was pretty good. The dough easily tore, so it was a messy meal. Our bartender was a very on her game, but we were her last customers of the night. Id go back to try their other pizzas.

I would give 0 if I couldI came in personally to make a reservation for my party of 10 on mom's weekend and we come in the night of and they claim it's not in the book and they can't take anyone.I mean who doesn't write down a reservation that is that large??

Had a great time on Valentine's Day! I was concerned since we had no reservations made in advance anywhere, but we got in early and got seated right away. Super fast and courteous service. The special was fetticini with a rose sauce, spinach and mushrooms and chicken. Very tasty and generous portion especially for the price. My partner has particularly bad restaurant luck but this place rocked it for us both! Will be back!

Great pizza and food here. Doesn't feel like Oxford when you're inside- feels more fancy for a college town. I'd recommend it but if you're looking for GOOD Italian food this probably isn't the place.

I crave this place. It's that good. I was reminded to write a review because my husband is picking it up for tonight's dinner. It's carryout good! I've had 3 of the 4 appetizers & loved each of them. So hard to choose which one I want so I bring friends to get them all. The Sorriso bread is loaded with an ooey gooey delicious mix of cheeses. I highly recommend it. The meatballs are moist & tasty with a sauce that has just a touch of heat to it. I also love the bruschetta. Their balsamic arugula salad is a nice mix with a dollop of the cheese that comes on the Sorriso bread & a great balsamic dressing. I enjoyed their fettucine alfredo on my last visit; very good. I had the tiramisu on my last visit & wanted to lick the plate. I've been several times with different people & everyone has enjoyed everything they've had. It's a great newer option in uptown Oxford. I'll also add that the staff has always been very friendly.

I’ve had a decent experience here before, however, I will not be returning. Our party put in drink orders at 7:40, food orders at 8:20, received our meals an hour spaced apart, and got the final order at 9:40. One of our party members found a hair in their mixed drink, the extra expensive (and small) cauliflower pizza was cold despite hitting the table first, and the complimentary cheap wine was not enough to hide the management problem. The quality of food and drink is there, but the management was horrific (3-4 tables eating, 4+ servers, 3+ in the kitchen). The waitress was pleasant, but couldn’t solve the problems in the kitchen. I love the idea of this place but there is no hustle, instill some sort of bonus program, train your chefs to manage their time better, or add an extra pizza oven if pizza is such a popular menu item. Fix it or the next restaurant will.

Excellent food and service. We all (4 of us) had different dishes and each of us raved to the chef afterwards. They had a duo playing that night and although they were good, they were also way too LOUD!

Great service, not so great food

Excellent atmosphere. Attentive staff. Perfect marinara sauce for the meatball appetizer. Bartenders have a generous pour. We shall be back.
