So let's talk about Tim. I went in a couple weeks ago he was very friendly and went above and beyond. He checked the expiration date on my ice cream to make sure it wasn't expired. And he held a conversation which is not usual from workers at food chains. So i called to see if the store had my favorite ice cream. I'm so sick & tired of my coffee tasting dramatically different everyday. I've been getting the SAME exact coffee for 5 1/2 years straight no way I should have to go around the building several times to have something added or remade. I know it's not a miscommunication thing neither because I place my order in "my favorite" selection on My Dunkin app. It just really upsets me on top of paying extra for my extra caramel in my drink that it's not added correctly or my turbo added...read full review

I've been coming here regularly for years. The employees are friendly. If they know me, they start making my order when I walk in. I get the same thing. The boss is nice too. If they're very busy, they apologize for my wait, but I tell them their coffee is worth the wait.
