The absolute difference between the burger king last year to now is phenomenal!! They have a whole new respectful staff, and even while understaffed like crazy, they try their best to get the food out to us fast.Got here in the middle of a rush, and even though I had to wait 10 minutes for my food, I saw multiple other cars parked waiting for food. I even received fresh hot food even after the wait that made it worth it.10/10 would reccomend stopping by, even if to see the new and improved staff.I tipped the employee that handed me my food $5 for great and fresh food.

Wow. I never had such rude service.I went there on my bike to pick up a mobile order: A Quad Whopper Meal, Large Sized, no cheese. A few issues:1. I called and told the guy this morning I didn't want cheese on my burger. He interrupted me and was rude.2. There was cheese on my Whopper.3. The staff pretty much fat-shamed me for ordering a Quad Whopper.4. I called about the cheese thing and they said it wasn't their problem. So, I had to escalate the issue to corporate.Hopefully, corporate gets this BK in line. Luckily for me, my refund should be on my gift card soon.

Really nice staff. The don't look at me any different then others even though I'm homeless. They will at least feed you and give you some Water to Almost every day

*Update August 2022* This restaurant finally changed there hours to stay open until 12 am.??Now make it open until 1 am on Fridays and Saturdays that would be a smart move people are out late on those nights. OMG this is the only Burger King in Ohio that closes AT 4PM? Unreal and Ridiculous! They dont serve dinner? Cant figure that out to save my life! This Franchisee should be shutdown! It's no wonder Burger Kings are closing down everywhere!

I went in to order 8 breakfast sandwiches. They were making them and someone came through the drivethru and they gave my sandwiches to them. When I asked she said they had a smaller order. I said first come should be serve first. The sandwiches were all made and instead of bagging them and giving to me she when and took a order in the drivethru again and poured their sodas while still waiting. Finally the girl who made the sandwiches bagged them and got me out of there.

9 minutes to get a bag handed to me that was the wrong order, than another bag with my order filled incorrectly. Manager on duty was rude and confrontational. Good was cold. Terrible, avoid this location. Needs to be torn down

Closes super early, app still lets you order and charges you while removing the offers even though this location is closed. All that and the woman at the window saying they were closed when we went to pick up the order, was incredibly rude about the entire situation.

Asked for plain burger and there was mustard every where, so I went back and tried to get it fixed. The lady said she would replace it but when I got the new one, there was mustard all over the wrapper. Ordered onion rings with it and half looked like yesterday's and there other was severely undercooked. Won't be going back there

Had to wait for the workers to eat lunch they made everyone wait a half hour and longer never heard of a fast food restaurant taking a lunch break then the food was horrible and the workers so rude this place needs new management
Horrible service. Open an hour after 7am, will not update their hours. They'll sit in the back of the parking lot smoking weed, come in smelling disgusting. Rude service, no gloves. No masks, constantly blasting trashy music and using trashy words. Gets mad at anyone that buys food and wants to sit down for a few minutes. Horrible service, rude workers, disgusting facility. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! To anyone with children or human decency.

I know they say don’t judge a book by it’s cover, but this place is exactly what it looks like. A empty waste land. It looks deserted, the signs are gross and broken the look of the building is so unappetizing, but I tried it anyways… Everyone there is rude as hell, they never make anything right and don’t even try to do a mobile order, it’ll never go through. This place should be shut down.
