So, so disappointed with my dinner. I ordered a bowl with double chicken and there’s so much fat, gristle, chewy parts, etc, that I can’t even eat it. My husband’s was the same, but he picked through it. Come on Chipotle! You were doing so well for awhile. Hopefully this was just an off day, but I’m sorry, my dinner was gross ?

Ordered pickup at the window and I got half as much food as i would if i went inside. Also my pickup time was 6:20 i got to the window at 6:21 and they told me loop around instead of pulling forward and waiting for it to be brought out like most places. Ended up getting my food at 6:33 and the it wasn’t even warm. Save your time and go to mentor that’s the best chipotle around even though i live 4 mins from this one.

Everytime I go here the portion sizes get smaller and smaller. I ordered double chicken knowing this and I got even less this time. If you like 16 ounces of sourcream and 4 cups of rice, this is the place for you! The inside is always dirty. I think I'm done at this location.*Update: your outmated canned response doesn't bring me to a solution or even a website that works... great customer service ?

Honestly one of the worst Chipotle locations I’ve been to. Had plastic pieces in my food, the steak isn’t seasoned well or cooked well at all it had a weird after taste, and the sour cream tasted like it was getting ready to go bad. Also my chips were stale. When I complained the manager couldn’t be bothered to fix it and make it right. Won’t be back to this location

This location is FILTHY! The service is HORRIBLE. The staff are all RUDE. Constantly shorting on portion size. I have complained to corporate Chipotle and they try to solve the problem with a bag of chips and some queso. I tried redeeming the complimentary order and the staff told me I couldn't have it because it wasn't a paid item on my receipt. This place needs to shut down.

I don't eat chipotle.... but I was on route for amazon wanted mexican-like food so I saw chipotle... I ordered a chicken bowl 2x meat. Tasted bland as usual. But it did its job.... but as I was eating I had a bowl of shredded lettuce and as I was sprinkling it on as I was eating there was a fly in the lettuce!!! Called chipotle the Mgr spoke as if I was making it up. I won't be back there again is an understatement
