This time, as I attempted to express my concerns about the insufficient portions, I was met with appalling disrespect from a worker named Evan. Instead of addressing my grievances with professionalism and courtesy, Evan chose to respond with vulgar language and outright hostility. His behavior was not just unacceptable—it was utterly reprehensible.Feeling utterly disrespected and demeaned, I was left with no choice but to abandon my quest for a satisfactory meal and leave Chipotle behind for good. The once-revered restaurant had revealed its true colors, demonstrating a shocking disregard for customer satisfaction and basic decency.In conclusion, my experience at Chipotle was nothing short of a travesty

I cant beleive they tore down my VA clinic for this POS place. They never once will get your order right, getting a burotto that doesnt even closley match what you order. And they ALWAYS conveniently "forget" to give you your drink if you order online. They pile up the rice when I put 1/2 rice on the order. The chips are also literally saltier than I am about this "food"

I went last night with another person, and we were the only two people there. Short non-colored man with brown curly hair prepared our food. He was very very extremely rude, he rushed our order, cut us off, acted like he didn’t want to work and was extremely rude to us. Made us uncomfortable while ordering, and while paying for our food. We felt like as customers that we were not appreciated. Will be following through with managers on site.
