Ive been to CJs steak house I used to be really good, they started to go REALLY down hill about two years ago, the hotel as well. It is a shame, it used to be one of the best hotels in the area. Come on Quail hollow get your act together, we need a nice full service hotel in lake county.

We had a party of 30 and we had one waiter for everyone. After everyone sat down, we didn't get drinks for about 25 mins. Then about 20 mins later we got our order and I ordered a medium sirloin with green beans. Then an two hours later we got the food, but they gave me prime rib well done with broccoli. I didn't even care to take it back because it was 30 mins before they closed.

Our food was hot and delicious. Although green beans is a simple thing these were about the best green beans I ever ate. I had the 8oz sirloin and my husband had the fish and chips. Plenty of food. And priced reasonably. Chris was our waiter. He was pleasant and courteous and took great care of us. Also, Donna gave us some great tips for exploring the area. Great food, great people.

Horrid service. There were two other tables of two. Took 20 mins to place an order. Took an hour to get food. We had to explain to the server what an IPA was. Very small beer selection. We never were offered more to drink. I had to get a pitcher and fill it for our water. The server disappeared for half an hour and the bartender refused to assist us. Never. Again.

There’s really no reason to eat here, especially now there are many restaurant options in the concord area. I treated my parents here for their anniversary upon their request, as they had many fond memories of celebrating at Quail Hollow throughout the years. The restaurant was rundown and depressing looking. The atmosphere was sad. Food was below average.

Went there last night to see a band and celebrate St Patty’s day. First of all who the heck is out of Guinness on St Patty’s day weekend? So no Guinness or Irish Car Bombs! 2nd the place was packed and one waiter and one bartender in the lounge. They did their best to keep up, but just couldn’t! It was unacceptable by management on this particular weekend. We have been going to and enjoyed this place for several years. It was horrible service. I heard the place was bought out by the Wyndham. It has been a Lake County staple for many, many years. I certainly hope they up their game, or the windows will be boarded up before you know it!!!!
Very good food. 12 of us attended a dinner here. It was cozy and they do have a wine selection!

Just like the "good old days", an upscale restaurant without having to go off property in a storm! Ate in the bar where the barmaid provided wonderful service, excellent cocktails, and good advise on menu selections. Food was well prepared and served in reasonable portions. Can recommend the chicken picatta, bacon wrapped meatloaf, and one of the best Reubens we've had in a long time!

We had out first date there 44 years ago and had a great meal. We went back every year on that date and have watched it go down hill every year. We used to also go for the weekend buffet breakfast. Ît used to be about one of the nicest places in the county but no more. It is a real shame. We also went there for our 40th anniversary and the problems with that time are too many to mention..a real disaster! It is too bad.

Called and made reareservati for my anniversary. Took 7 attempts to call back to change the time by 45 minutes. I was told kitchen closes at 9:30 when our reservation was for 6:45 . Had to eat in the lobby/bar area with a bar menu. This was not shown online or when I called for reservations (maybe mention it when it is for a special occasion!!). Wine was low quality, food low quality. Waste of a nice, special night.
