I gave this one star because, when we came in it took a long time for the hostess to greet us.Secondly, the cleanliness of the restaurant was awful. Bathrooms smelled and looked like they haven’t been taken care of in a long time. We felt very grimy in here. I would not recommend this place.

We reserved a time slot for my wife, daughter and mom's birthday which are all within 2 days of each other. Walking in we found a foul looking fish tank that looks like it has not been cleaned in months. Half of the lights were off and the alarm was going off constantly which the staff said they couldnt get it to stop. I personally used the mens room before we were seated. Ceiling tile was falling down, one stall was out of order and the bathroom over all wasnt very clean. It took almost 30 minutes past our reserved time slot to be seated when there were only two other groups there. Then another 20 minutes go by after we got our drinks we begin to order and find they do not have crab rolls,dumplings, lobster or scallops When we asked why none of this was told to us when we reserved earlier in the day and asked who answered the phone we were told all calls go to the owner of the establishment. This being stuff we were going to order we decided to leave. The waitress was friendly and I feel bad for her as we were a group of 9 which means the tip would have been a minimum of 18%. I wish once we walked into the place and seen how terrible looking the fishtanks water was we would have left instead of giving them the chance. Never again will we step foot into this location.

THIS PLACE DOESNT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!! Sat down and the place was freezing cold. The heat wasn't on or even working. Sat for over an hr waiting for food that never came. The manager seated a table about 45 minutes AFTER us but got the cook to their table first because of an offer for a big tip. She also took our drink order but it never came. She still wanted to charge for the appetizers that came out after waiting an hr and were cold. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!! TERRIBLE PLACE TO GO. STAY AWAY!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! So my husband and I just left this place and was told that we couldn't do takeout because there was only 1 cook. Ridiculous considering that we were the only people there and they had just opened. My thought was, if we were to dine in, the cook would have had to prepare our food and plate it. What's the difference other than boxing it versus plating it. I hate to think that it was because I'm black and my husband is white. That was our first time going there and definitely our last. They just lost out on roughly $100 & tip (because I tip even when I order takeout). Will be going to Ninja hibachi on Mentor. We go there very often. The food is magnificent but I just wanted to try somewhere different.

Friday night 6:00 pm . Walk-in first thingYou see is a half empty fish tank that hasn't been cleaned in year with nothing living in it.The bar to the front right has no bartender and no tvs on.Complete silence , no music and the heat was not on. Must be hoping the flat tops can keep the place warm.There was only one chef for 4+ tables. We Waited over 50 minutes for him to come cook. He said the owner fired everyone .Food was decent, chef knew how to good thankfully .Walls were dirty , seats were dirty . Just a run down dirty place in general .

If I could give negative stars then I would. Went out for a bday party waited 1 HOUR past reservation time, they did not care and they do not answer their phones AT ALL I was in the lobby and called 20 times trying to get someone to come up front and NOPE. We decided to leave and eat next door. Sadly they must not know what a reservation is, I’ll go to McDonald’s before I go back to this place

The food and the show the chef put on were both wonderful. However, the restrooms and the counter at which my group sat were rather filthy. I would've liked to have seen the staff clean the place better. After having seen the restroom and felt the stickiness of the counter and silverware, I felt a bit uncomfortable. I had to ask for new silverware as the ones I had didn't look fully clean.

The food here was awesome, the service was great, the amount of food you get was overwhelming and I was stuffed when I left.

By far the worst hibachi we've ever had. The food was bland and several items tasted "off." My husband said his fish tasted like ammonia. The vegetables tasted rotten. The noodles were just a pile of mush. The server kept touching our food with his bare hands. There was no show like most hibachi places. And worst of all, we weren't served our full meals. Our children ordered adult meals, but they didn't serve them the vegetables or shrimp appetizer. And then added automatic gratuity that they didn't deserve.
