i have been trying to get a refund for days now because nowhere have they updated their hours saying they close at 9pm at some days so i placed an online order from the app that automatically charged my card. i never received any food and i’ve called five times now just to receive no refund or any attempt to actually fix the issue. do not recommend.

Saturday at 2pm there’s are no hot and ready pizzas made and no customers are here but me and the guy tells me 20 mins for a cheese hot and ready pizza , iv worked pizza places and it’s 10 minutes at the most to make and cook the pizza this is poor service and it’s like the employees are stoned and just don’t care, what has the worlds come to

Can’t believe how disappointed I am. Pizza was overcooked and paid for extra cheese and clearly didn’t get it. I made the mistake of paying and then looked at my pizza. The manager said she made it and it was right. I told her clearly it wasn’t and then went and hid in the back. I asked for a refund and was told I couldn’t have one. I would have to call in tomorrow. Absolutely ridiculous!

I use to go to this little ceasars all the time but I havnt been there in 4 years, but I decided to try them one more time on Friday.I walked in and the first thing I noticed was a musty smell, not pleasent, the interior is drabby n not appealing, the pizza was a simple one I ordered n it tasted like the sauce wasn’t even cooked, I ended up throwing the pizza out after 2 peices this is not the Lil Ceasars I remember,, they get 1star across the board for me !

Inexpensive pizza, cheese hot and ready made fresh was only a 10 minute wait to cook! Nice courteous staff. Watched someone use the Pizza Portal, It can be a time saver if you prepay. Yum!?Parking: Plenty of free parking with ♿ handicapped spaces available!

Little Caesar’s is cheap for a reason, I’ve gone in 3 times asking for extra butter and cheese on my bread sticks. When I get home I see that they did not do as I requested. I asked the person last time if they indeed put extra cheese and he said yes. So that was a lie. They just want you to leave as soon as possible. The kids in the back were cussing and talking about things that should never be talked about in a work place where women and children can hear from the lobby!!

The absolute worst pizza I've ever gotten. Even from a cheap pizza place. Lake county ohio location.
This place has turned into a dirty nightmare. No one will answer the phone to take an order. Hardly anyone works there, and it just keeps getting worse there. I called twice, let the phone ring 20 times each, drove there, every one said the same thing, they don't answer the phone anymore so don't bother to call in an order.

I ordered 2 Pepsi Pineapple Beverages from this location because I wanted to try them. I received 2 regular ones instead. I called and the guy (nicely spoken) said that they dont carry it yet. If this item isnt carried at this location yet then it shouldnt be advertised as such. Gave 2 stars because my food was okay and the guy had a nice attitude while on the phone.

I love the pizza vending machine. Use the app, pay on the app, enter code, remove pizza. The less I have to interact with humans the less likely anything will go wrong. Long live automation!

There has been a handful of times where the pizza wasn't that great.. Big bubbles in dough,and stingy with toppings. They should start checking the appearance of the pizza before they sell it.
