Raved about food to my family (several RHS gatherings there In past) . So 5 of my family (2 couples -me Solo) met for lunch at noon on Thursday . 1 couple in dining area - 2 golfers/2 workers at bar. Won't bore you with all the ugly details of a horrible experience - knew we would have issues when waitress wrote nothing down . I (the Solo dinner) didn't get my meal till everyone else was on their last bites - their lunches cold - stalling till my food arrived. Soooo many other issues though out this "happy family lunch".. NEVER again.... and will pass on.....

Our first visit to Park Rd was this past St Paddy's Day '23. We decided to order a pizza. I am originally from Boston MA relocated to NE Ohio 23 years ago. I have yet to eat a really good pizza until this night. This was the best pizza I have evah had anywhere in Ohio. The crust was sweet the red sauce was sweet plenty of meat & veggies & cheese. We ordered a large wish we had ordered a Xtra large. This is now our go to pizza place even though it is half hour ride it will be so worth it. Also want to say the waitress we had that night was very attentive even though it was very busy. Can't wait to come back.

Ordered a family pizza for delivery. Said 1 hour. 2 hours later, called back. Said 5 minutes. Half hour later called and was told they had a large order to fill. Canceled order & went elsewhere where there are many other reputable places in the area.
Food was good, they have been cleaning up the place, it looked nicer

The food is mediocre. What really turned me off..... the cook and I was using the ladies room at the same time. When done using the facilities the cook put her hands undwerwater for 2 seconds and dried them. No soap was used and didn't scrub. ??????

Was there at 2 pm on a Saturday with my friend & her two grandkids... There's only two other people in the place at the bar when we ordered... Took almost an hour to get our food! Everybody was curious to why it was taking so long the kids were getting antsy! My BLT had 3 MAYBE 4 whole strips of bacon on it ?♀️ and the bacon was rubbery and cold not warm and crisp! I was very disappointed with the fact that cost eight dollars to have three strips of bacon and it wasn't even warm and crispy and it took almost an hour! The kids had boneless wings and my friend had a bacon cheeseburger. I could understand if it was busy but it was not! I don't know if there wasn't a cook but it should not have taken that long since nobody was really there.. I think everybody was at the fair. I have eaten there before with more customers and ordered more complex food with my friends and gotten it faster!
