Dripping wet raw pizza delivered within 20 minutes. Called and another just the same was delivered in as short time. Not a little under done, but RAW. Could not pick it up. Fingers went through the raw crust, tip of piece stretched away ( not cheese) as I tried to pick it
They seemed nice. I just don't care for their pizza. My brother likes it.

We set out from Fairport Harbor to drive all of the way to Willoughby, just to eat at this Pizza Hut. We planned to go there for a couple of days ahead, and did the proper research to make sure that the place would be open.We walked in at about quarter til seven and waited to be seated. There were many people eating in the dining room, and there was absolutely ZERO signage or post online anywhere, saying that the dining room closes 4 hours+ before closing. The young girl there said that the dining room was closed and refused to seat us.This says nothing more than laziness! If they were understaffed, nobody would be eating in the dining room. The manager of this place needs to be fired and replaced with a manager that knows Pizza Hut protocol.I worked for Pizza Hut on a couple of occasions, one at an actual sit down restaurant, and the dining room always closes 30-45 minutes before the store closes, depending on traffic. We had many times when we were understaffed, and we still served all of our patrons.We will patronize the Chardon store instead of the badly managed Willoughby store from now on.

Service was good but the pizza ? leaves a lot to be desired! Pizza Hut pizza use to be the best pizza around but now their pizza is like one of the worst there’s hardly any sauce on the crust and it’s all dried up like it’s been sitting in a warmer nothing looks fresh. I just got two pizzas yesterday I will not buy any more gross ?
I called spoke with human to place order. I literally left pizza hut WITHOUT food for my girls...why, you ask...They do NOT ACCEPT 50 dollar bills. It's NOT posted anywhere. Manager admitted its not posted. My order was $ 31 00 but still would not accept American currency in form of a fifty. $19.00 change is all he needed to give back. He refused my cash and I was forced to leave without the order I placed and drove 15 minutes to pick up!!!!Done with pizza hut. Done. What a waste of everyone's time.

Everything arrived hot and fresh. ( Great Job delivery guy!) My wife ordered the dinner box. The breadsticks weren't cut evenly. One wide three narrow, next one wide again. The sauce was shortchanged for the breadsticks! The small container was sent instead of the big one! The box would not fit in the fridge to keep the leftovers. Room for improvements but we would order from here again! Yum!?

I ordered via phone for delivery. Got the wrong pizza and the garlic sauce exploded in the box. I called the store and the manager was accountable, apologized, and made it right. Mad respect. 12/10. Would recommend.
