Today went to Roto Pizza in Concord and got 3 pizzas to go for $40. One was burned and uneatable. Called the store shift manager and who was extremely rude and argumentative!!! She said they are dark on the bottom and not burned, implying I was wrong and why was I calling. She never saw the pizza! A poor representative of their store. Will never go there again

Waited a long time for this place to open and I'm glad it did. It's nice and new and clean and the staff is upbeat and friendly. I had to knock off a couple stars because of the pizza crust and the limit on toppings. Two meats and three veggies doesn't cut it for me sometimes. Also the crust seems a bit doughy, not like the crisper crust that you would have gotten at the previous Madison location. I'll keep trying it. Maybe crank up the heat on that oven. ?

There was a lot of kids standing around, doing nothing. The floor was dirty, and every single table was dirty so if you decided to eat there, you better not cause they were dirty but the pizza is always good.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free

It's been awhile since I've ordered from Pizza Roto as the branch in Highland Heights closed down a couple years ago. Always enjoyed the pizza with plenty of meats, veggies and balsamic drizzle. Just as I remembered, fresh and delicious. Just wish there was a closer location but the drive was pleasant. Also very good price for a loaded pizza at a little over $12.
