By far my favorite local smoothie joint!Angel Food Slim is always my go to & the PB Swizzle Smoothie Bowl is so delicious!Service is always great at both locations!Love the rewards you can earn and the option to order ahead through the app!Always my favorite stop on my way home, after a day of running errands!Kid-friendliness: Love that there are options for my little ones!

I stopped in today at the painesville location and it's 3/4/2024 and the 2young people working there at bout 3:30 -3:45 they were the best,helped me with 3verything explained what a smoothie was and different kinds then asked me which fruits n stuff I like to eat,told them and they made me think island retreat n I gota say I had brain freeze b4 I left it was so good I Damm near drank it within minutes it was that good,so hats off to those 2workers and thank u both very much good drink and I remember ur names so next time in there I will let ur boss know I great u2 were!

I am sad because this Smoothie King in Painesville is near me. And I LOVE the Chocolate Lean 1 smoothie. However...This location skimps on ingredients and serves a watery icy bland drink.I have been to 10 other Smoothie King locations from Mentor to Florida and this is the only one that.. sucks (to be quite frank).So now I am 3 minutes away from my favorite drink but... I am not going because.. it will just lead to heart ache and disappointment.Should I drive to Mentor...?

Never had a problem with this place but last two times I was there had a terrible experience with this one girl she looks to be 15 - 16 and she just straight up refuses to make smoothie bowlsEdit I went again and same girl still refused I'm going to go again and I'll try to get her name this time.

The first time I tried their smoothies they added sugar to my smoothie without asking and it was awful, they second time I tried smoothie king I very specifically asked them not to take the liberty to put sugar in my smoothie and it tastes like they didn’t put almond milk or bananas in it and it still tastes like a$$, I’m done trying with this place

Full disclosure, I am not a veteran smoothie person so please consider that with my review. Stopped here to try a smoothie. Perfect drive thru. The worker was friendly and suggested getting the app. Was able to save a dollar with the app after quick download. Received my smoothie pretty quickly. Was not expecting the size/portion. Very nice (almost two much). First green smoothie. Had better flavor than I was expecting and tasted good. Filled me for the afternoon. Friendly exchange at the window. Worth another stop for sure.
The smoothies are better than anywhere else, the staff is friendly, and if you use the app you get great savings.

We come here all the time and I absolutely love it here. My only issue is how they will never substitute anything. When I ask to take out the stevie and sub blue berries they say they can't do that.
