Painesville location has the best service, chardon makes you believe you are bothering them at work to ask for a cup of coffee much less anything else.

Horrible service 2 days in a row. Employees would rather talk amongst themselves than work. If you try to interrupt politely and ask for your beverage you get ignored. I waited over 10 minutes for my beverage and I was literally the only customer in store and drive thru. Tipping is pointless.

Service is very poor. Drive thru randomly gets closed for no reason, no customers. I go inside to order. The person on the register is very pleasant and friendly. 5 other employees standing around chit chatting and not making my order. They started making Door Dash orders. I'm the only customer, I'm confused. One employee making a DD order spilled coffee all over the counter, where you pick up your drinks, never wiped it up. I waited 14 minutes for them to make my coffee. They love standing around and talking with each other and not working. The day before, in the drive thru, my drink came out completely incorrect. Random closing again. I have to go inside for them to remake it. They are very involved in conversations and not their jobs.

Hands down, best Starbucks in Lake County. I work by three other Starbies, but I avoid them. Emerson, Nancy, Regan, Dom, all the folks here are sweet as a tall iced chai with oat milk! ❤️ I sometimes come up to work from here a few hours in the afternoons and am always happy I did so.

Stay far away from this location! Went today, national coffee day! Starbucks company is running a promotion for a free small coffee. When I ordered it they told me they are not participating and do not participate in most national promotions! F that location!
