My experience at this particular location was disturbing. 1 person lifting stacks and stacks of plates while other coworkers sat on their phones. This coworker lifted buckets of ice over and over.The food was absolutely dreadful but everyone was friendly.

Was greeted when arrived. Food was fast, hot and affordable. This waffle house was particularly clean! Loved it will be back often as possible!
Usually a great late night place but tonight I waited over 35 Minutes for a grilled cheese, server told me it would be up in less than 5 minutes, waited that and then walked out because they hadn't even put it on the grill yet. Would have respected honesty more. Wasted 15 dollars on a meal I never got and a 10 tip for nothing. Didn't even get the pie! Only 5 other people, no one ever offered me a water or anything while I waited.Meanwhile what I assume what would be a "manager" was sitting on her phone at the counter offering no help to her employees except to wipe down a spot where someone left. Absolutely ridiculous. Won't be surprised when sheetz runs them out of business.

Great location….great deal on breakfast ($10.75 for All-Star Special) …..Samantha was a very friendly and polite server as well….very hard working staff…

Went in to place an order and all the staff seem to be in shock and conversation about who could take the order in front of me, and then told me despite the fact that they were all standing there that they’d have to take my order in a few minutes and then, when they did come up to me to take my order. They told me it would be a while they made sure to inform me of that which gave me the distinct impression that they really didn’t want to serve me which I signed and curious as to what part of my demeanor was unappealing for a customer at waffle house? I don’t think I’ll be back.
