went there to grab some food , lobby closed , no ice cream or shakes bunch of weird kids riding there bikes at the drive thru yelling how many cars were in the drive thru . very strange. went elsewhere to get food . other people were leaving as well so I know it wasn't just me .

Employees were rude. Couldn’t even make eye contact. They were loudly screaming and swearing while we were standing right there. Food was cold and one of the sandwiches had a hair in it. Just overall gross. Now I remember why I haven’t been to Burger King in several years. With so maybe more options around now that serve good burgers at a cheaper price BK needs to step up their game.

Ordered three Bacon Kings and not one of them had a piece of bacon on them. This is not the first time our orders from this Burger King has been wrong.
Best customer service I've had in a very long time!! I went through the drive thru around 1230 am and the manager Tommy was great! He was friendly and the food was out quickly and tasted very fresh. I dont usually visit this location often but I will defintely be back because of the friendliness and service which I've noticed many other fast food places seem to be lacking lately! This location seems to have it together though!

Picked up for delivery and the order was actually ready! I also ignore picking up from certain BK's including this one because they aren't in time. Usually when going to this location or the one on Snow Rd, they never got the order. So I have to wait 10-15 minutes. Or, the last time I went they saw I had the order through the app but wouldn't make the food. I've never had issue there before or at any other restaurant. This time I was greeted, it was a positive atmosphere and the food was ready!!? I hope they continue on this path and never change. Keep up the good work!!

Someone needs to train there employees about food prepping and being on time. Breakfast ends at 10:30 should be started before 10:30 and ready.

We ordered orginal chicken, it was at the window when we pulled up. We were only car.. We said that quick? He said just made. Fries n sandwiches cold. Very dissapointed.

Place was pretty empty, but staff was less than motivated to move. The whopper was cold inside and out, but I gave it 3 stars since I didn't get sick.

I don't usually review. But I had to.. bought to Jr whoppers both wilted lettuce, soggy tomatoes, bread was hard and the meat was dry. If these sandwiches are on the heater for more then 30 minutes you should throw them away or just make as their ordered. these have completely been sitting for hours. ?

Horrible experience. We went through the drive through to get a number 7, two 8 piece chicken nuggets and an additional medium coke. The worker who had been taking our order was incapable of TAKING the order. We had asked for a medium sized coke with the meal and JUST cheese on the sandwich and for the additional drink to be Vanilla Coke. He could not remember the order and asked to repeat several times and when we pulled up to the window we did not get a receipt when we paid he only had given us ONE drink so we had to ask for another and while he was getting the food he was using his bare hands to get the fries (we could see from the window) when we checked the chicken sandwhich it had EVERYTHING on it so we politely asked for a new one with just cheese and he took the sandwhich back and used his bare fingers to pick off the extra ingredients. We again ahead to go in to the store physically and ask to be corrected. Terrible experience

The lady on the speaker was so rude and was talking about me and didn't know I heard her because she was clearly not paying attention just claimed to be talking to her "kitchen" place is dirty. One other time I did go there I forgot to ask for BBQ sauce so she climbed through the actual drive through window while smoking. This was my second and LAST ATTEMPT!
