Chennai Delicacy is an unassuming small, but great take out Indian restaurant. They also prepare dishes for banquets and parties and cater at some local companies. Fantastic customer service and deliciously authentic South Indian food. The price may be a little bit high for the quantity of food but do not skip out on this delicacy. Their goat pepper fry is some of the best I have ever had. This is because they get their goat fresh and cut themselves.

Not a traditional restaurant, basically a storefront, so with that being said, the takeout is delicious and I highly recommend.
