Went in and was ordering a BMT with a coupon that Subway sent me in the mail and I was told sorry we do not honor our coupon that we sent you for your BMT but you're more than welcome to order something else that's not a BMT with that coupon. Yeah, Let me order what you want instead of what I want. How is this place still open with this type of business. Their service sucks, they don't honor their own coupons and they exclude what you can purchase at random. No wonder the place was COMPLETELY EMPTY!!!!!.Stay away from this restaurant it clearly is not interested in doing business, just pissing you off.

They have a sign at the counter that states "if you are using a coupon, you must let them know before you order". This tells me that they are going to provide less portions. Basically bait and switch.. I wonder if subway corporate knows about this?!? I don't use coupons, but this seems wrong to me and I won't be back.

Bread was stale worker refused to put mayo and mustard on my sandwich this store doesn't honor coupons always asking do you want your bread toasted only too cover up the oldness of the bread which should be made daily do not visit this particular restaurant ?

5-6" tapered salad bowl was filled maybe a quarter to a 3rd of the way full! Before paying requested more lettuce and spinach to be added to the salad. They did not replace removing ham with another meat on a sandwich. Also, stingy with vegetables, so sandwich was a tasteless bread sandwich. There was no root beer. One of the sauces seemed to be mislabeled. Bathroom...Very frustrating experience.
Been here several times since I moved to Parma Heights. Always good service and food. This morning there was a customer having an epic meltdown over this location not accepting coupons. The employee called the owner on the store's phone and let the customer speak to the owner. The customer would not calm down, but the employees handled it as gracefully as they could. Yes it would be nice if they honored the coupons but I still think this location does a good job.

First time I went here, I had to leave because I had my 4 year old daughter with me and she didn't need to hear the vulgar music blasting over the sound system. Next visit I also had to leave due to an extremely strong chemical smell inside. There will not be a third time.
