I order a smoke turkey twice for thanksgiving and it is very good and super moist. If you have any doubts , don’t. All you have to do is reheat in the oven for 1.5-2 hrs . It’s too bad they only open 3 days of the week and they close shop once they sell out. Go in early if you want their bbq
The best kept smoked barbecue secret in parma . Been coming since opening , I’ve turned on many to try and all have enjoyed it . Woukd love to have these guys cater a food truck work charity event in the future . 5 star ⭐️
