Came in to pick up an order that has already been paid for. Ignored by the staff while the food dies in the window. I’m staring at the bag right now. They the girl at the counter decided to follow up by accusing me of being a Thief. Yep, I won’t do business with this company in the future. Thank you for being honest with me, you don’t need future growth opportunities.

Had the food delivered. The boneless wind were very good buffalo sauce was tasty. Blue cheese dip was by far the best I've had from anywhere. BBQ were good also.we had a chicken Philly minus tomato lettuce My mayo. Tasty. Philly cheese steak no tomato lettuce mayo onions and green peppers.added extra mushroom and banana peppers also very tasty. First time we tried. Definitely would order again.

I ordered three kids meals. There were barely any French fries. I also bought two large philly cheese steak sandwiches and they were dry. No cheese. The green peppers and onions were raw. Oh also the wings sucked. 10 wings dry, tasted like like pizza hut. Lastly they upcharge for celery that stasted sour/bitter. Lemonade was good, and the blue cheese dressing was good. That's it!!
The wings are delicious and sandwiches are a good size. Just a tad pricey

The food is always great, but what I find the best is the customer service, the gentleman who is handing out food just now at 7:17 PM is definitely an asset to this place of business. He was not only professional and nice, but also extremely respectful to every customer.

Just want to recognize excellent customer service. Keniya (Kenya) at the Ridge Road store is the best! She always has my food ready when I show and makes sure I get the correct order, even with lots of modifications. Her customer service is wonderful . She's hard working and kind to guest and very professional. When she is not there, her absence is felt for sure.

The food is great, however the small cups suck. The lids pop off and then most of the time it spills everywhere, the kids meal cups need to change.If it wasn't for the cups I would rate it 5 stars.
