First, it's difficult to order. No online and one phone line, so it was always a busy signal. Had to go in. I ordered, told 15-17 min. Waited in parking lot. After 30 min. went back in and was told an item had not even been started (calamari) because no one knew how to make it and it could be another half hour. At that point, "hostess" offered refund. Manager, or whoever had authority to access register, came up, never looked at me, never apologized, handed hostess the money. The entree I ordered was barely warm when she went to kitchen to give to me. Overall, bad experience, wasted so much time and the small portion entree not worth the price at all. I do not recommend.

Excellent Thai food in 216. It says Parma but it's more like Seven Hills area. I ordered massaman curry, pad Thai and beef skewers. Everything was prepared well, with a great depth of flavor. The curry was not spicy at all. Great portions and pricing. Only bad thing was calling for takeout. The girl picked up, asked if I could hold, then just placed the phone down (I'm guessing). I could hear everything going on there. Then she forgot about me on hold while she used Siri to text back forth with someone. I heard the whole thing. Was on hold 10 minutes. Figured maybe it is a really busy place, but nope. When I arrived I was the only one waiting. And my order was the only takeout waiting on the table. Won't stop me from returning, though. It's hard to find great curry in this area.

I am a very well traveled person and I absolutely love Asian food and especially Thai food! Being on the west coast for over 20 years has given me a high bar for Asian food in America so when I moved to Cleveland area I was quite disappointed eith the lack of options and quality of Asian cuisine. But the I tried Charm Thai and was quite impressed that the quality and flavors are excellent in the area so I have been coming here for over 5 years now. Easily one of the best Thai food restaurants in the north east Ohio area and I would highly recommend it. Ofcourse pad Thai being the state is great but try the curries and many other dishes on the menu as they do not disappoint.

My husband and I used to live in Los Angeles and we fell in love with Thai food. Every since we moved back to the Cleveland area, we have been disappointed with most of the Thai and Asian/fusion cuisine we have tried at various restaurants. We were skeptical and hesitant just because we have been disappointed so many times in the past. However, we were very surprised and I am happy to say the food at Charm Thai was one of the best Thai meals I have ever had. I got the Chili Duck and it was DELICIOUS! My husband had the cashew chicken and he said the same. We will definitely be back soon!

I love curry and hadn't had Thai food since I lived in Phoenix. Charm Thai is a real treat. The yellow curry, Massaman curry and crab rangoons I had were lovingly and impeccably prepared. Appropriately Thai spicy but not too hot. The crag rangoons have actual crab and lots of it! Friendly atmosphere and they are happy to chat with you when you come in for pick-up.

We were driving around and looking at restaurants. When we initially saw this place we passed it up, but then after realizing we (my mother and I) have yet to try Thai food we decided to order from here. The staff was extremely friendly and when we told them that we were trying Thai for the first time they took us through the menu and even made recommendations! Everything tasted delicious. There was so much flavor in every bite and it was all cooked to perfection! Definitely a place that we will be coming back to!

Good food and reasonable prices. My daughter and I often order take home from them and one meal is enough for the two of us (panang curry) Very nice interior atmosphere also. I think it would be a good place to take a date.

Picked up our food and we ordered sticky rice and got plan rice!Ordered regular pad thai and country pad thai both were over cooked mush of noodles had barely any sauce at all!!Was there before and it was delicious. Not willing to order from here again.

I always love the food here and the service is just the friendliest. Whenever I am craving Thai food this is my go-to place. The portions arw excellent for the price (unlike other places where it's all rice) and the Chai Tea is just to die for. I definetly recommend people try this place at least once in their lifetime.

Got takeout due to Covid. Food was ready exactly on time and oh my goodness the "Best we ever had!". Everything was hot, delicious flavor and the spiciness was exactly what we ordered! Coconut Seafood Soup - awesome Avocado Curry - Amazing and Teriyaki Chicken oh, so, so good! Best Thai Restaurant around! You won't be disappointed! Love everything we have ever gotten from there!!❤
