“Stepping into this eatery, you're welcomed by a pristine, modern interior that promises a comfortable dining experience. It's not just a place to grab top-quality pork; it's a delightful spot to sit down and enjoy a meal. The salad I tried was superb: crisp greens, savory bacon, and a harmony of flavors that turned a simple dish into something memorable. And while their pork offerings are the star, their hot sandwiches shouldn't be missed—each bite speaks to the quality ingredients and care in preparation. The dual nature of this establishment—as both a shop and a place to dine—makes it incredibly convenient for enjoying a meal or picking up premium cuts to cook at home. It's a local gem for those who appreciate great food in a welcoming atmosphere.“
“Been going to express delivery for over 20 years! Best corned beef in town! They make it nice and lean. Service is second to none! I hope to be going there for another 20 years! Family owned business that takes pride in what they do! Thanks Pierre!!!“
“Old School Deli atmosphere takes you back to a time of homemade Deli style sandwiches and sides. I always look for a local gem when I travel and this was one of them. Ordered a corned beef New Yorker on rye and it was stacked with corned beef and slaw. If in town, make a stop and you won't be disappointed.“
“Stopped in for breakfast, and was immediately greeted with Good Morning" from all the staff. Really cool. I tried the western omelette & homefries because they didn't have my goto biscuits & gravy. It was great. Trish was my waitress and she took great care of me. Try this place out, it does Cleveland proud, and I live in Pittsburgh.“
“Came in on a whim but dang dude this was the best Italian sub I've had in Cleveland. I got the classic sub with everything on it. The meat is high quality, the bread is super fresh and tastes homemade, the pickled veggies I added to it were delicious. The chicken Parm was just as bangin and the pepperoni roll was the perfect size and it comes with marinara dipping sauce.“
“I was busy in the Midwest my first time. Now it's somebody suggested Slymans. We DoorDash it and when the sandwich got there were 2 sandwiches. The thing must have weighed 10 pounds. It was huge so huge. We could have split half of one between the two of us period it's just the best most beautiful sandwich ever. The sandwich literally looked like a pile of meat wearing a tiny little toast hat. Shall we order it again the next day and the next day and the next day“
“Delicious, and wonderful hospitality. Food is incredible!UPDATE: I ordered their catering for a Christmas party, and WOW was that a great idea!!! Very moderately priced, home cooked Ukrainian food. I can't say enough good things about this place.Seriously, go get catering!!“
“Hello my family and I have been searching for a place that has pizza like mazzones. It was definitely a standard in my family during the holidays and apparently in others as well. I asked Facebook for recommendations for the best pizza that compares to Mazzones and I ended up getting over 100 comments. Some were places I never heard of and some were popular places. Molisanas wasn't high on the list but it made my list. I picked 5 places so my family can try and Molissnas was number one for all. Not only was the pizza delicious I was able to taste there sausage and it was amazing. The moment I walked in everyone was very welcoming. Thanks for giving us a great pizza and bringing back great memories. Happy Holidays“
“I last came to Larder years ago back in 2018 or so and getting the Tuesday lunch special - $5 Chicken Sandwiches. I remember it being the best fried chicken sandwich I had ever had in my life - huge juicy thigh meat covered in a crunchy doubled fried exterior. Since then, Larder has been winning awards left and right. Since we were visiting Cleveland, I was so excited to visit Larder again and get their delicious sandwich. Unfortunately we came on a bad day - the previous night, a severe thunderstorm had knocked out the fryer and vents and Larder had to remove all of their fried items from the menu. They also were having oven troubles, so they ended up opening 30 minutes late. We got there over 30 minutes before they opened and a line of people started forming already. Pastrami Reuben ($18) - This is not your typical pastrami; this is thick, 1 cm cut savory salty pastrami, cut kind of like corned beef. The bark is still attached which is soft in some portions but crisp in others. ??? skome flavor??The meat is super tender and easy to eat. There's a thin layer of flavorful fat in some areas. There's cabbage slaw added on the bottom which adds a nice tang to balance out the fatty and meat of the pastrami. Thousand island spread on the top and bottom slices of bread adds additional moisture and sweetness. Everything is placed in the middle of two perfectly toasted slices of rye. Babka ($9) - Absolutely chock full of chocolate, the bread is pretty dense and rich. Pieces of crumbs easily flake off when you're eating this. There's some cinnamon mixed with the chocolate. If I'm ever back in town, I would get the chicken sandwich for the nostalgia.“
“Nice clean little place in the shadow of the justice center. The food was good, I got a turkey & bacon sub, the toasted bread was delish! Service was excellent, the 2 behind the counter were very nice & accommodating. Would definitely visit again.“
“Their reputation is well deserved. The staff is friendly the corned beef is incredible. We ordered a party tray for our office and the quantity of food and presentation were both really impressive. I'll definitely come back for future parties and just for lunch!“
“Goldie's has amazing food, and you get incredible value from the buffet. The perogies are well-made, and the various meat dishes they have for brunch are the best I've had in the Cleveland area. Lots of traditional Jewish deli fare. A legitimate rival to some of the better-known places on the East side of Cleveland, if not the preminent sandwhich spot in the Greater Cleveland area.“
“When I go to a pretentious stuffy place with mediocre food my first thought is “I wish I was at Nate’s”. They don’t reinvent the wheel or come up with weird trendy menu items. They just make the best friggin diner food you’ve ever had. The wait staff is always friendly and quick. Cannot recommend this place enough. I won’t even bother recommending just one thing because it’s all amazing.“
“Had lunch here with coworkers yesterday and we were blown away! The experience started with warm, friendly staff who patiently waited for us to review the menu and make our selections. Each sandwich was carefully handcrafted and not just thrown together. We were so surprised at how big these sandwiches were. None of us were able to eat our second half. But let me tell you that the second half was equally as good leftovers today! There are plenty of tables available in front of the store but we decided to sit in the atrium and enjoyed the sounds of a live choir beautifully singing holiday music. Tower City even made it snow! It was a perfect experience from start to finish. Well done by Cleveland Sandwich Company and supported by Tower City!“
“Be careful when you park and get out in front of the store because cars are turning quickly and you could get hit and your vehicle. The corner of West 110th is where the cars are turning quickly. I wish there were signs that says slow down be cautious of pedestrians“
“Awesome deli/restaurant. My husband loves the corned beef sandwich. It's huge!! We end up taking some of the meat home and we can make another sandwich. I like that you can get a half sandwich with soup or salad (I wish they would give you an option for a fruit bowl) which is very filling. One of my friends ordered the Saturday prime rib special. I believe it was $30.95 for an 12 to 14 oz prime rib served with soup or salad, potato and fresh green beans. The prime rib was huge and she let me try it and it was delicious. The au jus was one of the best I have had. Oh and the desserts are amazing. If you see something you like order and pay for it at the counter before you sit down. They will refrigerate it until after you eat. The reason I mention this is they do run out of some of the desserts. I specifically like on called France and want to make sure I get a slice. Oh on a previous visit I had the matzo ball soup and it was very good. I highly recommended Joe's!!“
“The guys there for the past 5 years have always been awesome. They make sure I have my wine and seltzers. I'm never disappointed and it's like hanging with old friends. Very cool and laid back and always looking out! I will always be a customer there ?“
“The owners and workers have helped support the efforts of Cleveland West Side Food Not Bombs, who share there every Sunday from 5-6 pm, for years, helping make it a smooth affair, and offering small help when needed. Good people at this deli! Please do support them!“
“Sam is the best he takes care of his customers because he cares about his customers.. love the sandwiches there he keeps all his stuff fresh and his servers are very pleasantParking: When there's a lot of customers that parking lot might be congested“
“I was looking for a polish boy. I was sent to 3 other restaurants and couldn't get one. My niece told me to try them, and it was mouth watering. The sauce was home made and the food was made with love and definitely fresh. So glad I was sent there and I will be back!“
“Grew up surrounded by my Polish family in Hamtramak, MI. Moved decades ago to an area with very little Polish diaspora. Was in Cleveland for the eclipse and started looking for things to do Monday morning when I noticed this place and had to stop in. It was like stepping into a happy moment from years ago trying to decide what tasty memories would survive a 350 mile drive home. Milk caramels and adult spirits obviously made it into the basket.I plan to return to the area and will definitely stop back in when I do“
