“I decided to go today before work, and I'm sitting inside as I write this. They have a ton of dedication, keeping things going with only 3 people working there. The Drive-Through machine wasn't working, and after countless attempts of getting hold of the boss, one worker got it fixed. I'm proud of them for working hard! Keep up the amazing job! :)“
“I will go out of my way to come to this Dunkin. They are always SO nice and friendly. I messed up my drink order and they were quick and remade it and didn’t make me feel bad for messing up. Shout out to Kelsey; she is the nicest barista I’ve ever encountered. And thank you Taylor for fixing my mess up! You remade it perfectly! Always great service and great coffee at this Dunkin. They are the BEST Dunkin in the Parma area by far. Will be back so soon!“
“Not sure what took me so long to try this place, but my tastebuds are sure glad I did. It was hard to decide which ones I wanted to try, and I can't wait to try more. The maple cream filled one was to die for. The filling is so light and fluffy. I wanted to get a cake donut too so got the lemon blueberry. So moist and yummy.“
“Ordered donuts for an event and picked them up this morning and they are fantastic. The dough is so soft and light and while you can smell the sugar the taste is just perfect and it isn't too overpowering. They have perfected the donut.“
“My boyfriend and I stopped in during a short stay in Cleveland and will definitely return on our next trip. We got the forest and pesto breakfast sandwiches and they were incredible—way bigger than we expected and absolutely delicious! Matcha latte and dirty chai were great too. And the key lime & coconut donut was so good! The guy at the register (I wish I had gotten his name!) was very welcoming and really made our day with a couple of peanut butter oaties on the house.“
“Their service is great! Their food is great! It does get a little irritating when you have places to be and the people in front of you are ordering multiple dozens though. But that's not on the business. They have call a head ordering for those reasons though.“
“Pretty good! I LOVED the creative themed donuts and zang decor. It is very popular so it was quite crowded and not easy to find a seat for a group of 5. They had great deals for half and full dozens which also applies to the coffee. My favorite part personally. The workers were efficient and friendly. The only maybe negative thing I'd say which is really quite minor, but some of the donuts veer on the sickeningly sweet side. The simple glazed was far sweeter than all the donuts in this picture and two of them had white chocolate on them (the blue ones). This might not be a negative for some other people but we had a lower sweet tolerance.“
“Adorable cafe with delicious food and amazing employees! I've been there a few times, and it's always been a delight. I love the classic tiramisu, Hershey mochi balls, ube soft serve, and caramel creme brulee. The decor is so cute and pretty, and they have a big whiteboard and markers for anyone to use to write and draw. There's also some claw machines with some cure plushies. I tried them with some friends, and we all won stuff. The workers are all very kind, too. They're very welcoming and super fast with making food and drinks. I can't wait to come here again!“
“I stopped here before work one morning and I’m glad I did. I got the jelly filled donut (iced) and a blueberry cake donut and they were fresh and delicious. The donuts were soft and sweet but not overpowering. They have a drive thru option which was very convenient for me. The staff were very polite and friendly. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend if you are in the area.“
“Their slices of cake with their AMAZING buttercream frosting don't even have words to describe it. It could very well be my favorite dessert ever. The staff is so friendly and it's just awesomely old school inside. There's even a tiny little deli and they will custom build your sandwich on the delicious house made bread. I'm devoted!“
“Love spudnuts! Yes they do run out of donuts and they are pricier than Dunkin. The fancy donut place in Cleveland Brew Nuts has 12 varieties. Four are priced at $3 and the other 8 at $4. Costing well over $30 a dozen. A donut is a treat for me not a food group. So I do not mind paying a little extra for a good donut.“
“I was passing through the Cleveland area, and I always look for interesting places with unique gluten free options to set as my destination. I knew I'd be getting in close to closing, so I called ahead and the owner was kind enough to set aside a couple of GF donuts for me. My plan was to eat one, and take one with me for later on my road trip. But, that didn't happen. I ate two immediately and have zero regrets. They were amazing! The whole visit was great. I chatted with the owner while I ate my donuts. Great guy. I saw another review from today that was negative. My only guess is that Thadeus was reviewing the wrong place. Those were some of the best donuts I've ever had.“
“I was just driving by and in the mood for a donut. Glad I stopped in. Nothing compares to fresh made donuts from small shops like this. Pleasant experience. I enjoyed seeing the old news clippings and history about the donut shop/owner and all the family pics that decorate the countertop.“
“I wish we lived closer! We're donut fanatics and can say these were top notch. Just finished off a cherry cake that was so delicious. Glazed and jelly filled also a hit. Looks like we'll be taking the drive from Canton again soon.“
“Everything is yummy? I believe they make their bakery fresh every day. Only downside is that they’re a bit expensive.Parking: Parking is hit or miss very limited and it’s on the street so you have to compete with people that live in the neighborhood or other businesses but if you can find a decent space, they’re usually pretty quick to get you in and out.“
“Great little neighborhood ice cream shop. Great tasting ice cream and great prices. The owner/ operators are polite and helpful. Started going last year 2021 and been there alot so far this summer lol. I think he knows my van by now ?. But kids love it too . Always ask to go . Looking for good people prices and ice cream in the area check them out .“
“Fun ‘groovy’ atmosphere. No wait for service. The donutella (worker) was friendly and welcoming, thoroughly explaining the donuts and menu. There is a small table and chairs for children.I was excited to try, expecting the cinnamon and sugar mini fair donuts. They do have the same machine but the donuts must have been made ahead of time because they were cold. I am going to heat the rest of them up(sampled one in the parking lot). Personally prefer hot donuts. I would have been glad to wait and to their credit I didn’t ask for hot donuts. The example donuts were not appetizing, looked like they had been made last year.Kid-friendliness: Would be a fun kid activity!“
“I love this Dunkin! They are so fast and friendly and remember my order! Thank you! I always get pumpkin spiced iced chai with almond milk, with the decorations on top lol!!. My fav and when i get that first sip...i know they did it right, thank you tower city Dunkin??? “
“Nothing beats a warm Krispy Kreme donut fresh out of the oven. Yum!A special shout out to the two girls working the counter on 2/17/24 at 5:30pm. These two definitely went above and beyond with their service. I was so pleased I asked where their tip jar was. Their reply was “we don’t have one”. I told them I wanted to leave them a tip to which they replied “we aren’t allowed to accept tips”.So unusual in this day and age where most places prominently display a tip jar at the register. And many credit card machines try to coerce you into tipping. While the Akron Krispy Kreme is closer to me I drive out of my way to come here. This place is so much cleaner & inviting. Plus the staff is much more helpful.?????“
“With this DD being right down the street it's my go-to.Their "A Squad" they have working in the mornings and weekends are so phenomenally efficient. It's especially busy on Saturdays I usually make my way there around 10-1030am and there's a drive-thru line nearly out to the street and a packed inside. I won't give you the secret to getting in and out ASAP but you can figure it out.I've always had a good experience here, everyone is great at their job, always are quick to greet you, always nice as possible, if they see you waiting a while they will ask your name and figure out why, and they want nothing but to best serve you quickly. They do so well I've let corporations know how great they are, and I've never gone out of my way to do something like that!Keep up the great work DD Snow Rd. ParmaP. S.Don't be that genius guy or gal who orders 10 food items in the drive thru, it is the most inconsiderate thing someone could do and... Well I have to be nice and not say the rest...GO INSIDEParking: Park in the giant parking lot behind DD if you go during busy hour when there is a line for drive thru.“
