Bad experience.Ordered "hot" peppermint Late.It was luke warm and the the top was 't secure so it spilled all over me.I called and no one answered.I want my money back.

Do yourself a favor and just go to Starbucks around the corner. I live close by and prefer Dunkin coffee but this location is by far the worst I've frequented. I've been multiple times because it's close to my house but I'm done. It's dirty inside if you run in to use the restroom. Today at 10:15 the sandwich station was down.... How does that even happen. It's not worth the wait. Starbucks around the corner is twice as fast and the staff is actually friendly.

I will go out of my way to come to this Dunkin. They are always SO nice and friendly. I messed up my drink order and they were quick and remade it and didn’t make me feel bad for messing up. Shout out to Kelsey; she is the nicest barista I’ve ever encountered. And thank you Taylor for fixing my mess up! You remade it perfectly! Always great service and great coffee at this Dunkin.They are the BEST Dunkin in the Parma area by far. Will be back so soon!
Drive through is terrible - Saturday mornings are 20 plus minute wait. They don't even say thank you and don't offer anything for the inconvenience . They close the inside to mobile orders only. They just can't get it together. No use coming here anymore - not even going to try.

This Dunkin' has gone DOWN HILL completely, 2 start employees are rude, can't get orders correct, if anything can possibly go wrong it does. This one was never like this, but for the last 3 months just gets worse and worse if I could leave - I would. People save your time this one SUCKS!!!
