Great place to have Your child's party or even to visit for great fun with the kids. Your kids will enjoy it here for sure a lot of different things to do a great customer service.

Absolutely horrible. The “toddler room” was really just for babies and it was garbage. There’s really nothing good for 2-4 year olds when the four year old isn’t quite big enough for the bigger kid areas. Half the bowling lanes were broken and the whole place smelled like pot. Don’t go here.

My children always enjoy themselves. As do I especially with the massage chairs. One happen to be malfunctioning the entire time and not taking cash. I notified a staff member, who assisted me yet didn't quite fix the problem.Ironically a kind gent walking by, seen us struggling to use the chair, came to help (which I later observed is an employee) He realized the issue, Pronto…Fixed?some kid put coins in the slot??✨Now He deserve a Raise!

Unfortunately the day I chose your location was not open to the public only parties. Very upset that your website let me schedule our visit on a day you were closed. We are still wanting to visit your place.

The prices and variety of things to do was great! The offer for $5 of arcade credit with only 3 hours for unlimited access versus all day access tot he attractions could have been better explained. Having learned each arcade game is $1.00 or more, It’s not worth it! The place was very busy, as expected on a weekend. The staff is present at each attraction to validate entry, however, more can be done for o monitor guests who are unsupervised by their parents while in the attractions. Children who are hitting and cursing should be removed so that the others can enjoy their time without having to deal with their unacceptable behavior.

I am giving three stars because my children really enjoyed the gaming and playing areas. I didn't make any complaints but a few things about the party that bothered me was, first our party room was not decorated as promised. I would've brought decorations but we were told they would supply pink decorations for her. We sat and waited and waited for the magic show! That never happened! They started packing our things up, just another broken promise, the thank you cards that they provide for your guests were advertising cards for the attractions, they don't even have the child's name on them. The Birthday t-shirt was too big for my child, 2 sizes too big, and I did tell them her size when we bokked and paid our deposit for the event. There's nothing more disappointing than paying for services that you never receive. I couldn't dare ruin my daughters 5th Birthday so I just let it go but I wouldn't book there again.
I've been here a few times usually its fun for my kids but this particular time the guy in charge of the bumper cars wasn't even there 90% of the time my kids were only able to use them twice because he was always away from the play area talking to the other workers near the front

Kids had a blast at the birthday party they were invited too! It was nice going at 12 pm, it wasn’t super busy for a Sunday but got pretty busy later on as we were getting ready to leave. I do have to say that the VR was not worth the price. There were a ton of options but were told they don’t all work. The times of the ones varied and the one my daughter picked was less than 3 minutes. The graphics were pretty bad and then the rollercoaster just stopped on the tracks and it was the end. Other than that the kids had fun on the activities they did!

I would never bring my toddler or any kid here. The games cost way much for them to be cheaply made with horrible customer service. Also the management is trash they don’t accommodate for broken machines!
