Ordered from this store off DoorDash and I think crackheads work there my pizza was horribly undercooked and missing ingredients they can’t read or follow directions!!!

Order first was 45 min. Past the delivery estimated time and the food ( Philly bowl w/extra cheese, and cheesy bread extra cheese, 12” sub and brownie)was not even how I ordered it. The extra cheese was definitely not added and obviously all cold due to delivery driver stating that he had 6 other orders at once. So I paid for extras I didn’t get and then get super late and cold food. Added pic of cheesy bread with extra cheese and it barely had any. Just ridiculous so don’t waist your money.

Place an order online at 11 PM on a friday night. called like 3 times they just let the phone ring. i had to change something on my order. got the wrong order since they never answered, i don’t have extra time to wait and correct it. my pizza looks like a 2 year old made it. i’m 70% sure my pizza was made with catch tray cheese based on the little specs in my pizza…

App never updates where the driver is. Called twice to find out where our pizza is. This place is only about 8 minutes away and we never received anything even an hour later after they told us the driver was on their way. We ended up cancelling. Shame because I actually really like marcos pizza.

I love the taste of their bread, probably the best I have had so far in any Pizza chains and the variety of crust options they offer. They also always have deals everyday which makes buying there even more economical. Would highly recommend trying them out!

The place is filthy. My order was not ready when the APP told me it was. They forgot a dipping sauce from my order. I ordered the new honey pizza, and when I got home with my pizza, it was to my surprise that the pizza had no honey on it. My grandson woke up in the middle of the night throwing the pizza up. Beware of nasty Marcos on Broadview road, you will regret it.

I usually don’t write reviews but this is the most terrible experience I have ever had for takeout or restaurant. I ordered a pizza with no bacon, and they put bacon on the pizza. So I called them and he said , “I can’t help you and you have to pay if you want another pizza.” Really!!!! He said no manager on site!I understand sometimes business could be short staff and sometimes mistakes happen, but I don’t understand when businesses does mistake and they want you to pay for it. Absolutely the worst!. The GM Kathleen is absolutely horrible!. my pizza was delivered to me an hour late the delivery direct driver decided to lay it on the front porch and leave.... when I called to find out why my pizza was not delivered, I was told, It was, he put it on your front porch ,,, that was when the heat index was close to 100 and it sat out there, unknowingly for close to a half hour. When I brought it inside, the box wasn't closed all the way and there were 4 flies in it. Of course I open the box inside the house, and the flies flew out in my house. When I called back upset, Kathleen was nasty yelling on the phone, screaming that she was putting another one in the oven and it would be there in 20 minutes and hung up absolutely disgusting personality, closest personality to white trash that you'll find in the city. The pizza was for my three-year-old grandson. He couldn't wait 20 more minutes so I made him some thing else. This place is a complete joke.

I've ordered from this location and they're late every time. This current order I've been waiting for 2 hours. No phone call, not anything. So when I finally call they apologize but they don't do anything to offer to make it right.... They could have called and let us know. This place doesn't have anything in order and it's poorly managed, clearly.Update: 2 and half hours after getting my pizza and bread sticks (that's all I ordered) there's no feta on my pizza that I requested and paid for. Also no jalapeno ranch that I requested and pay for. How insulting this who experience has been
