Genuinely the worst teriyaki chicken I've ever had. The salad? Even worse? The miso? No flavor. Maybe the chef is having an off night, but that food was terrible.

We took our friend on his birthday on a 15 minute drive to our favorite sushi spot. We waited 10 minutes for a table, then within moments a few guys walked in and were immediately seated as a table opened up.We informed the server immediately but it was no matter to them. I’ve never had such a baffling and bad experience waiting for a table before.I am very disappointed in the service tonight. We turned around and left back to Cleveland to get sushi somewhere else. I don’t know when we will bother to make another trip to Mizu, I don’t think it’s worth the effort.

Went to Mizu for my 1st time, and for my B Day. We were sked to wait for a table, and we waited, patiently. Only to have them seat 4 ppl who literally just walked in. Definitely a first for me, we will never be back.

One of my co-workers recommended Mizu so I tried it today for the first time. I kept it simple and ordered the combination fried rice for carryout and it was really good! I plan on returning and dining in to try the sushi. The worker who took my order over the phone/give me my order was cordial when I arrived.

My husband and I came here randomly late night because we had a craving for sushi and we were more than delighted from the food and service we received. The sushi was so fresh and delicious, I ordered more to take home for the next day. I got the little fairy and it was so good ?. The BBQ squid is a must!!

Very disappointed after reading all of the 5 star reviews. Went for lunch yesterday, the server yells "seat yourself" and keeps on wiping tables with a dirty rag. The chair felt like it was about to fall apart, tried another and it was just as bad. Long wait for menus and service with only three other tables occupied. Miso soup was barely warm, salad poor, had to throw away two pieces of my sushi. Won't be back.

Got sushi take out from here and it was very underwhelming. The rice was an odd consistency and the rolls did not want to stay together. For the price there are lots of other nice sushi places, but it's worth a try if you are in the area.
