We had a family gathering at Outback in Parma. We waited about 30 minutes to seat 7 of us, not a long wait.The staff were very nice and made sure we had everything.The food was very good and the kitchen is set up for non gmo cooking if someone has a dietary allergy.The atmosphere was pleasant and friendly.

I’m sorry but how is this acceptable to serve? I understand asking for it to be well done will make it a little crispy but to be burnt this way is completely unacceptable. Both sides charred.

Food was delicious, had the steak medium rare and was cooked and prepared very well. Highly recommended the Brussel sprouts. Staff was so friendly and checked up consistently.
Always have problems with carry-out. Today, 3/31/2024, I clearly ordered a sweet potato with one of my two orders. Receipt shows sweet potato. Two workers inspected packing of my order. Drive all the way home and NO sweet potato! Only a regular baked potato yet packaged by Lexy & Serenity.

I had the worst time with this place. I got kicked out cause I parked in the wrong spot ,I wasn't even asked to moved I was told move my car now .I had my dog in the truck with window down and water in there and they called the cops on me .I really will never go there and will tell my
