Lifelong lover of pizza. I’ve ordered from Papa John’s many times and from this specific location for the past 8ish years, since I live within walking distance.Simply not worth. For me, the close proximity and cheap deals kept me a customer for a long time. But the pies are just not good. Also don’t bother doing double or triple toppings on anything besides pepperoni. You will be severely disappointed. Ordered a large triple mushroom once, pie came with about 2-3 mushrooms per slice, when it should have been covered.Food: Bottom tier pie. Crust is tasteless and dry. Sauce is watered down. You will always have empty spots with no cheese and sauce. And again, stingy with extra toppings. If you can make the drive, go to Angelo’s or Booms Pizza. It’s worth the extra cost and drive. If you must order within this area, all the other pizzerias make a better pie.Service: Outside of one employee (don’t believe they worked there for long) intentionally mispronouncing my name multiple times which had me ready to break his nose, it’s just your basic pizza crew trying to make it through their day. Retail work sucks and is draining, and I really don’t hold it against anyone if they’re not able to put on a fake smile all the time. I’m just here for the food.Atmosphere: It’s a franchise pizza joint. There’s no dining area. You come get your pie and go. I will say they do a decent job decorating around certain holidays.Anyways, I don’t buy from here anymore, since it was killing my love for pizza.

I’ve eaten a million Papa Johns pizza’s and the one I picked up yesterday was the best one ever! I normally order delivery but this time I did carry out, the app let me know it was ready and when I picked it up it was fresh out of the oven!! The girl working there was all by herself and she grabbed it and cut it up for me, she was pleasant and friendly even though she was working her butt off! Thanks for the best Papa Johns pizza I’ve ever had!

Have not been to Papa john's for about 10 years this place made sure I will never go back, the guy that took my order has an attitude I used cash and he had to count $20 given for a $9 pizza gets $10 in change pizza crust was scorched the pizza was bad , I'm in town for event , couldn't get thru from motel to order on phone so drove to location I wanted to throw the pizza on the front windows!!!!!

I hate the call center I get prompted too when trying to place an order it’s frustrating and I just hung up they don’t understand anything !!!!! It’s like they read the same 2 scripts sooo DIFFICULT only cause I was paying with cash I called but nevermind

I love Papa John's pizza. Many years ago I tried their wings. Did not like them at all. They have been advertising them again so I figured I'd try them again. Terrible! I will stay with pizza there, but not wings.

No one answered my calls when I wanted an update on my hour and 15 minute delivery. It was cold and gross by the time I had chance to eat it. Driver was very rude, no apology.

Order was correct. But delivered 20 minutes after the app said it was. And it was cold. Not even lukewarm.
No one knocked no one called went to peek out the door and found this pizza upside down and cold on my front porch. Called the store no one answered, called again, and a girl answered simply to say call back when we open and hung up. Keep in mind I ordered at 930 waited patiently and called before 11 when they closed. Generally even when I receive wrong orders or even rude service I don’t get too upset because I’ve been there. I was in the industry for years so I get it. I never take the time to leave a bad review but this was absolutely not ok.

Ordered 2 pizzas Friday night. Set to arrive in 45 mins. Got a call from "uber eats" (we have never used this service before)1 hour later saying he was outside with our pizzas. But nobody was outside our house or on our street. He hangs up on us or he dropped the call. So we call him back. He told us where he was and was quite far from our house told him our address, ( shouldn't he have had it ?) He hung up again. The store didn't answer when we called, and the uber eats guy never answered when we called him back. We waited an hour and a half before calling somewhere else for take out. If they had shown up then they would have been cold . Uber eats guy never called back. Papa Johns never called us . No pizzas showed up. The guy who took our order sounded very spaced out and the uber eats guy had very broken English, obviously there was some miscommunication. Won't be calling back to order again :( such a strange annoying experience

We ordered pizza from this and when it was delivered the forgot the Coke which its understandable. The driver said he would be right back with it. 40 minutes later we call back and Karen ( the name fits her percect) answers the phone and is really rude and says if we still want it she can send the Coke with an attitude.
