We don't order chain pizza often - honestly Pizza Hut used to be even less so - but this location has been awesome every time we've ordered. Pizza is always hot and melty when it gets here and the staff is always friendly.

Ended up making small talk with the manager. She introduced me to her young son who was working as a cook. They seemed like a lovely family and made the place feel very welcoming. He made a great pizza too!

This pizza was the most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had. We just picked it up, ordered PAN pizza crust, it’s nothing like what made Pizza Hut popular. I didn’t know they changed it up. Will never go back!!!

I ordered a large 5 topping pizza and this is ridiculous. There was barely any toppings on it and i paid extra for extra black olives on " half" and this is what they call toppings on half; two pieces. I did not want sausage on it and I ordered bacon and instead of bacon they put sausage on it. ? and the cheesy bread came uncut.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I don't write reviews but this one really made me upset. I ordered a good amount of food and one of the pizzas was wrong. No biggie thought I'll call and get it fixed. Called and they have a call center they connected me to the store... waited on hold 15 minutes no one answered it sounded like they would answer then just put me back on hold. I got tired of waiting because I got a screaming child that wanted his own pizza. So I called the call center back they gave me corporate number. Waited 10 minutes nothing. So by this time I'm annoyed and I send an email. What could have been a simple fix for them just picking up the phone to fix their mistake turned into this big thing because no one answered....

Ron was so sweet and took care of my order so fast, I needed to be at my sons 2nd birthday party at 12:00 and he brought the pizzas out to my car when my son was having a hard time sitting in the carGive him a raise, do not lose kind employees like him! ? thank you Ron, you made my day :)

The Pizza Hut on Broadview near Snow is THE BEST.Friendly people are great products. You cannot go wrong with them.
Had a horrible experience ordering delivery . I ordered delivery at 7:05. The app tracker said they were working on my order. I called at 8 and they said my ordered was cancelled . When I asked the First Lady why she said I don't know . Then the manager said they cancelled it due to lack of delivery drivers. No one called to inform me it was cancelled so I was still waiting . The manager did not seem to care that I did not know it was cancelled. It still says they are working on my order even though it was cancelled . I did call the corporate office to report them. They lost a customer . Also my credit card was charged.
