First time I came in morning time, the service was spot on and my smoothie came out perfect and amazing. I used the website to place my order tonight and they forgot to put in my add ins that I paid extra for. ?? I am dissatisfied with the online ordering experience and the atmosphere in the store tonight.

When I come in Jen always takes care of me. Such a sweet girl to talk to. Her smoothies are always the best. The manager Tiffany is such a dork but in a good way. Always talking about whales and how the wheat grass can heal your body. Highly recommend this location!

They left glass or plastic in a pulp drink and then served it to a little kid. Once notified, they blamed the parent. This place is a joke and Elaine should be sued.

Apparently the managers here don’t care that someone had plastic in their drink, AND WAS DRINKING IT!! They basically apologized and then blamed the customer for not continuously calling in to get answers about their “mistake.” What? The management here has to be a joke. And who doesn’t hear plastic being chopped up in a blender and thinks the sound that come from it is completely normal? C’mon now. They knew what happened and were too lazy to remake another smoothie. The overall situation was poorly handled and you should refrain from getting smoothies here until they replace their management.

The place said it was open at 7am drove over to get a shake. Was closed and not even the lights were on. Hours need to be changed to be correct so peoples time is not wasted!

Delicious as always. But every time I get a large, the fill the cup up and there is enough in the blender leftover to make another large. How do we remedy this?1 - give customers the extra, but you won't so2 - charge less. We're essentially paying for all of your waste, or3 - adjust portions so there is hardly any additional smoothie leftover after filling the cup

On 8/3/23 at 7:15p, I ordered a Matcha match smoothie but instead of giving me a smoothie they gave me a juice with kale, 1/4 banana and ice. I didn't know about this until I got home. Everyone, if you order more than one purchase make sure you get what you ordered.
