Waited 16 minutes at the drive through window to before I pulled off and left. No one even said hello and took my order. This seems to be a known issue because the other people took off and left without ordering also. Crazy.

Every couple of months I cross my fingers and try again. I like their unique drinks and it's a fun place to take my kids, on the extremely rare chance this location is operating smoothly. 4/5 times things are going to go wrong and I'm just done trying here.

First, my autistic daughter wanted to go for the solar eclipse drink . I tried warned her.First, the bathroom is horrible.I wasted $40.00 at this entity. Ordered 10 items including the solar eclipse drinks (no glasses, no sparkles or looked nothing like advertising). They tried to only give me my drink (4) and nothing else. Had to show online receipt. The tater tots were disgusting and the chili cheese tater tots was even more disgusting. The double cheeseburger was okay. My daughter unlimited meat burrito ok but dry. My son chicken wrap tasted old. He wouldn"t eat none of his food. I will say the lettuce on my sandwich and his chicken wrap was old (turning brown). For Ohio to have limited locations. There's locations need to do better. I'm very disappointed.

almost every time I get a slush the syrup is not mixed in, please train your employees how to make the effectively or don’t offer them.

Burgers were so cold we had to torch the patty to warm it up.Didn’t give any of the sauces that were on the order.Gave us maybe 2 ketchup packets.The only thing was was actually warm was the tendersThe chili cheese dawg was lukewarm but didn’t taste bad whatsoever.If I could rate the service it would be 0.Don’t go here.

This has not been the first time I've had bad service. After giving them multiple chances to redeem themselves I'm finally leaving a review. The service is always so long. This last order they disregarded my directions, I had missing items, and they gave me a cup of ice cream instead of a blast. No longer eating here due to the lack of quality.

There was only one person working today at 1PM on a Sunday! I felt so bad for the poor guy!This location clearly needs more support from the owner. Every interaction I’ve had with an employee here has been great, they clearly work really hard.This location seems to be severely understaffed which in my experience falls on ownership.I hope the employees here get the help they need.

I couldn't get them to take my money! Waited at drive-thru speaker for three full minutes, then tried a carhop stall. Never even reached anyone to place an order. Went to McDonald's across the street.
