Horrible service. Was in there tonight. Ordered 2 same foot longs. The guy put pepper on it, and I didn't ask for pepper. I told him that I didn't want pepper. He just tuned me out. The lady there told me " it's just a mild pepper." I told her that I don't want pepper. He rang it up and asked me to pay. I said I don't want this order, and "you didn't even ask to do the order over". I am not paying for something I didn't order, and cannot eat. Bad customer relations. Poor attitude .

Ordered online for pick-up. Entire order was wrong and no one answered the phone when we called to try and get them replaced. Not worth the hassle to go back when they don’t have the decency to answer.

I had a wonderful experience! The two male worker's were extremely professional as well as kind quick clean an efficient. The shorter one promoted an up sold very fast an together completely on my order immediately. He greeted me at the door with a smile as well completing my oder very quickly. Everything looked amazing he thanked made sure I had napkins an made sure I didn't want cookies or a combo. Amazing it seems as if he runs the entire store whenever I come in. Always go, go, go store is clean doing takeout an register as well as everything else. Great employee subway!! He should be promoted he's definitely the kindest efficient hard working employee I've seen in 4yrs. I would definitely give him a pay raise good employee are hard to find any employees are in 2023.

They don't take cupons but every other Subway I been to takes cupons. The guy was trying to put three little pices of spinach that looked dry and than he told me they are out of spinach. Everything in veggie section was low or completely out. Won't spend another dime here.

Don't waste your time driving to this subway If you're trying to use a coupon from Subway advertising. They don't accept coupons here. They're stingy

This location used to be really bad but not this time! The team member was very helpful and quickly made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it while having a conversation. Very professional and helpful and the location was incredibly clean. Just became my preferred subway location of choice

If I could leave 0 stars I would! I hope the owner sees this. I’m a regular customer there. I frequent there often. I’m in a power wheelchair. Your older female employee there, who says she’s been there two weeks, kept telling me, I was in peoples way, when I was trying to pay for my food. I had my chair turned sideways up against the counter. The guy who couldn’t get through was overweight. It’s not my fault he can’t get through. I’m disabled and your employee, has no right to insult me, or embarrass me in front of other customers. She caused a big problem, where as the Big guy started raising his voice at me. I am going to get a lawyer and sue this place for discriminating me because I was in a wheelchair, and told I was in the way because of it. Your employee needs to learn to keep her big mouth shut.

Every time I order from this location something is wrong with either the order or its delivered to the wrong address. This time I ordered The Boss which was supposed to have 2 cheeses on it. When I recieved it neither were added. When I tried to call this location it just rang and rang. This will be my last order from this subway loction!
