This Taco Bell location is awesome! I placed an order through the app. Arrived on time and had no wait. I was greeted right away. The order was brought over to me, asked if I needed anything else, and wished me a great day.The store was bright, clean, and welcoming.The food was hot and delicious! I did order a couple of things with mods, and they were made perfectly.
2 good points:-fast service-nice girl at registerBad points:-Restroom sink was broken and clearly has been for a while, no water = disgusting, unsanitary restaurant.(wish I saw this before I ordered, would have walked out)-Soda Fountain drink didn't taste like the one I selected and had horrible artificial sweetener aftertaste. This taco bell does not have great service. Weve had food messed up or missing items almost every time we've gone. This time, from the time of order placed to time of order received was almost 30 minutes. Someone assured us our order was being worked on 3 times only to find out after 20 minutes that they skipped/lost it? This is not the first time they had taken forever either and almost no one was in there. 3 people walked in and walked out with their orders before we got ours....read full review
