There was this unruly woman named Kaitlyn with purple hair bereting her staff screaming at the top of lungs profanities. I felt so awful for her staff. No one has the right to treat another human being like that. I couldn't even eat my food after that

horrible we went through the drive through and someone came to the headset every disrespect and we pulled up to the window and asked to speak to a manager and come to find out the general manager took our order and she was very rude and her name was Lily .As a general manager myself she should be showing a good example to her employees there should be consequences for her actions I will be calling corporate on Monday.

Sat inside for over 40 minutes while 5 workers completed the drive thru line. Saw middle line worker touch and text on her phone with gloves on. Didn’t change cloves and continued to make and touch ALL of the food. Completely unsanitary and down right gross. Y’all need to train your people on food safety cause that’s just gross.

Food was not prepared well very sloppy and some of the stuff that's put in what I would recommend seriously ignorant ,Taco with a hair in it, burnt Chicken

I was super nice to the workers as they all hung out in the dining room as I was the only car in line. I ordered two beefy 5 layers burritos with no beans. Pretty simple with no other orders coming in. And they both have beans on it? Taco Bell is definitely a go to late night but not this location. Not sure how they even have 3 stars right now.
