Gotta love a location that ignores customers the last 45 minutes they're open, right? Why be open until 4 and not answer the speaker box but run and hide inside to avoid customers? Curious.
Forgot over half of our order, didn't give us a receipt, gave the wrong size drinks, and made us wait over 10 minutes at the speaker with no one else in the drive through. Short lady with the red hair was quite rude at the window as well. I've never had such terrible service at a taco bell.

Service was poor. We waited 20 minutes for a meal. Because I was told the drive is friends, but service free food.The taco ? had little little meat.When the next person server came in, she asked what we needed, and we told her she looked and our meal was just sitting there.I know you're short staff but no way to treat a person. Oh yeah, another person was there he waited but left.I will never come there again!

We stopped to grab a quick bite before we headed downtown for an Indians game. We waited forever and you can tell our food was hurried along, as it was really sloppy. We were late to the game.Update: we've been back multiple times and service has improved. Food is good too.
The food was good but the order was kind of slow.Vegetarian options: I'm pretty sure almost everything can be made vegetarian with beans or at least without meat.
