This is worst Wendy's I've been to besides the one on 25th/Pearl Rd.. Every time I went to this Wendy's, like today, fries were cold, bread fell apart, drink tasted syrupy. I've seen the other reviews and they ALL damn near sound like my experience. Corporate, you need to do a better job at these inner city locations because I work hard for my money and if I call myself supporting you, Please have your employees do a better job. I'll give you a year before I support again....let's see IF my review changes. Terrible!!

I love Wendy’s food but this location is awful please don’t waste ur time. I’ve tried giving the benefit of the doubt but 4 times now my order has either been messed up, forgot an item or my burger was just straight burnt and dry. I’d recommend going to another location since this one seems to always have some stoner working and smoking o n shift

Kids cheeseburger looked and tasted overcooked and reheated (but was just room temp - cheese couldnt melt. Were told we couldn't eat inside because carpet had been cleaned the day before. Not the usual good experience we have at Ridge Road Wendys.

I ordered fries and a chicken sandwich with cheese. No cheese and the meat taste like fish. Your restaurant needs to be reinvented.Parking: Be careful with potholes. Property owners of these business locations are pretty lazy when it comes to patching these up.
