I can't even describe how bad and canned the pasta sauce is. Sysco wouldn't even own that. How do you ruin chicken parm and pasta side? And side salad served with house dressing in a plastic to-go container?

I really wanted this stop to he good. Hearing so many good things about Geraci’s we decided to stop. Should have kept driving by. We dined early on Friday - 4 pm. I ordered linguini with clams and my wife ordered lasagna. She liked her meal. Mine - not so much.My pasta was dry and hardly contained any clams. I asked the server for a spicy sauce and instead got a jar of pepper flakes. For the price this is the worst linguini with clams I’ve ever had. It tasted like the noodles were microwaved and then tossed in what little sauce was there.The service was lukewarm at best and really noisy atmosphere when the next shift starting coming in.Sadly the highlight of my meal was the salad. With so many Italian restaurants to choose from I will choose elsewhere next time.

What an insult to the original location. The current generation of family that runs it should be ashamed.Every single time we come here something is screwed upEvery timeThe service is some of the slowest on the east side.We ordered take out a month or so ago ..2 meals were just missing but they were on the ticket and we got charged for them.Tonight we went for a family birthday.As we walked in with a cake the host goesYou know its a 25 dollar outside cake fee right.. we thought she was kidding...nope...Marti geraci is so cheap and wants the money from her desserts so bad that she charges 25 dollars to bring in an outside cake. What if a family member is a professional baker and thats the gift to their family? How dare you?I cannot eat dark leafy greensRomaine lettuce is that. The server goes are you sure its leafy green cuz ours doesnt look like that?Dont question the person giving you a tipShe offered me fries insteadWas the kitchen trying to kill me?Did the cap come off their salt shaker...The salt on those fries would have dried out spongebob ...Every member in the family was running for water after having a few.Let me also get this straightIf someone wants to add 2 strips of grilled chicken to their Caesar salad that will cost them 8.50Marti, you have and are continuing to ruin your families legacy....Alisha if you respond with a canned response apologizing and asking me to email you with more info i will never step foot in any geracis ever again.A true owner/manager takes the time to formulate an honest and personalized response to every issue.Not use a response template.....Marti has taken the Geraci name from the best on the east side to right at the level with fazoli's.So your response proves you did not read or care as a manager ashleyI have a medical condition that causes me not to be able to eat romaine.. and i was told by a doctor that it is a dark leafy green. Are you a doctor? No. Never ever correct your customers medical condition. That can get you in serious trouble.
