Classic steakhouse fare, modern steakhouse vibes. Overall, good service, solid food, and huge portions. Nothing blew me away, and I really wish my steak was more tender. But I did really enjoy getting my steak the "Chef's Way," which came with a healthy amount of butter poached king crab, steeped in Korean steak butter and black truffle bernaise, and some asparagus. And popovers for the complimentary bread service is always a plus in my book!

This place has wonderful food and an even more wonderful staff. Expect the best of both here. Even when my daughter dropped a glass on the floor that shattered everywhere, every worker who came to clean it up comforted her and were so respectful and nice. It is her favorite place and she says she will never forget that they didn't treat her "like a dumb clumsy kid". She said she was about to cry of embarrassment but the workers really made her feel that it was okay. So thankful for this experience and the incredible staff. We love the food but do wish there was maybe one vegetarian pasta dish available.

I was fortunate to have the wonderful experience of dining here last evening for a work related function. Everything I ate was nothing short of exemplary! Absolutely the best steak I have ever eaten (I had the Ribeye.)Everything was as unique as it was delicious. My only regret is that they do not have a location where I live in Philadelphia. Wonderful atmosphere and attentive staff as well. Do not hesitate if you have the opportunity to dine here.
This is an elevated "meat and potatoes" restaurant. They do steak very well, but be warned the seafood and vegetarian options are limited here. The bar is awesome here and the cocktails are excellent. They have a semi-private event room, and the decor here feels like it has history even though it is a very new building and restaurant . Just check the menu before going to make sure it is a fit for you, but the quality of food and service here will not disappoint.

This is by far the best restaurant we have been to. We drove 90 minutes on our anniversary just to dine here. We will be back, everything was amazing and Sierra made our experience extra special! 10/10

I am from the UK and visited Benchmark while visiting family who moved to Ohio a couple of months ago. My brother in law took us to this restaurant, and my goodness, it was such an incredible experience. I have travelled and eaten in many restaurants around Europe, even within several regions of Italy, and I still firmly believe that Benchmark is one of, if not, the best restaurant I have ever been to in my life.Everything was perfect. The atmosphere, the drinks, the service, the FOOD! The presentation, and the experience overall, was unforgettable. We had a lovely waitress named Savannah, if i remember her name correctly, and she was just wonderful and kind, and catered to our needs in a very professional and thoughtful manner. She clearly really enjoys her job and wanted to make us feel taken care of, which she did!I ordered the shrimps and grits for my main course because I wanted to try foods that were regional to the area and that we don’t have in my country and it was so amazing, I truly cannot express how much I enjoyed this dish. Absolutely everything about it was just perfect. The quality of the prawns, how it was presented, the flavours, everything was very special and clearly had been prepared by an excellent chef. Also our starters were amazing, as seen in the photos, we had beef carpaccio and a prosciutto and melon salad to share between four of us. They also gave us “popovers” when we arrived which were also delicious, and rather similar to our Yorkshire puddings we have in England with a roast dinner.For dessert our waitress recommended the bourbon cake to share which is also similar to a British classic, which we call sticky toffee pudding, an excellent recommendation because we ate it so fast!I wanted to write this review because it was a very unforgettable night and I enjoyed it so much that I want to hop on another 7 hour flight from London just to eat here again. Whether you are a local or visitor, you must try Benchmark. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful experience!

I got the 20in Bone-in NY Strip The Chef's Way. It was good, It was cooked to temp, but I wasn't blown away by the steak, and thats what they claim to specialize in. (It was a little tough) The service was great, and the apps and sides were tasty. My second half wasn't impressed with the wine menu either.
