My husband just flew into DTW (Detroit Metro) on a late "James" (name on the receipt) told my husband "they're closing in 25 minutes". The only thing he could do was get his dinner to go and eat at the hotel. My husband said he felt like James was pushing him out of the restaurant. Didn't even get a drink because of the feeling of being pushed. Since Campbells soup employees stay next door in the hotel, I'll make sure Campbells knows how my husband was treated and to go somewhere else to dine. We now know when my husband comes into town for work in the future, he'll make sure not to return here. Food was "warm, at best". Not even hot. Sad as they're open til 9pm. Should have stopped at the other location.

The food was... weird. I ordered blueberry pancakes, and the blueberry topping was almost tastless, had a faint chemical taste, and was too thick (as in looked old). The pancakes were rubbery, the coffee tasted burnt, and the lemonade tasted faintly like dishwater. The waitress only came by 3 times, to take the order, serve, and drop off the checks. The cashier seemed distracted and tuned out. Worst Bob Evans I've ever been to. AVOID!!!

Went here for dinner today with my husband. The service was awful! It took over an our to get our salad. The waitress did not even check on us once while eating. The salads also were not good at all. I will never come back to this location.

The food was good. We went right as they opened and so the coffee wasn’t ready yet but we literally walked in the door when they opened.

After 40 minutes of waiting for our food and instead of waiting longer we walked out. There were people still there that had waited longer. Another couple waited 15 minutes for the waitress attention. I told them of our experience. I hope they went elsewhere.

I can’t believe the way I witnessed a “manager” speak to an elderly couple about a $3 coupon. He was absolutely disrespectful to the major population they serve. I also placed an order that took over 60 minutes and then I decided to leave but not before speaking to the manager he could of cared less and I brought up how he treated his elderly customers and he began to argue with me, telling me he has done this for 20 years. Pathetic
