“I love the food at Hot Head. It gets a bit pricey at times, with some added fees for certain items that they don't always do a good job of informing you about, but it's always tasty and fresh. I think my biggest frustration though is that I never know what to expect from the food-prep workers. Some are cool, and clearly care about what they're putting together. They give good portions, and offer advice, and are really fun, chill people. Other times their people seem distracted, or in a rush, or just apathetic, and they skimp on ingredients, or seem easily confused by instructions that their other coworkers understand just fine. They're also -always- out of fajita veggies.“
“The food is always delicious, but they don't always give you the full scoop. I know portion control is a thing, but you can see the cup thing they use, and that it still has room. Most HotHead locations really pack it in there. But service is fast and friendly.“
