We had an excellent experience at this Culver's location. The food was fresh, the service was five star, and the facilities were clean. Prices were a bit higher though...like everything else nowadays ?I got a fish sandwich with onion rings. YUMMO! I split that with my wife who got a butter burger. It was hot and juicy with an amazing griddled crust on the beef.To finish off our meal I decided to go with a customer mixer. The waitress was very kind and patient as I made my decision. I was torn between a birthday cake type treat or a Santa sugar cookie type. She graciously allowed me to sample the each mixin, the butter cake and sugar cookies. After tasting I went with the sugar cookie. My final creation was a vanilla mixer with sugar cookies, candy sprinkles and whip cream on top ...AND O MY it was a grand slam!!! Creamy, thick, sweet and textured...just the way I like it. We'll be back, and you need to...JUST GET THERE!

Store was a little busy, multiple registers but only one person was taking orders. After line got backed way up two more workers from around back came up front. Cashier was polite and helpful. Took our order and gave us a number. Condiment area was NOT clean, and almost all the empty table were dirty so I had to go to the drink machine to get water to wet down a handful of napkins to wipe down our table. Utilized the bathroom before I left and it was nasty. Food and ice cream were good. Been to MANY Culver’s this was probably the dirtiest one I have been in. Maybe it was just a bad day….we will see if the next time it is the same ( will try again to see if it is the business practice ) or just one of those bad days.

Well, I made my first visit to Culver’s. As suspected, way overrated and even more overpriced. Menu’s impressed, but that’s where it ends. Had the fish, fries, onion rings and a shake, how could you mess up such a simple order right? It’s like this, every was fried, and yes that’s what I ordered, however the key to frying is the temperature and the moisture content, if done right all but a very small fraction of the oil is returned to the fryer. Surprise, surprise, only a small portion of the oil made its way back to the fryer. Watched and observed others food go by and being eaten, and again, nothing like the pictures on the menu. Found nothing that stands out nor better than any other fast-food joint, except the price, now that is above the others. Have no reason, nor plans to revisit this chain of overpriced mediocrity. I think I now know why they don’t publish their menu with prices and hand you a worthless receipt with no prices either, because it would most likely turn many a stomach, and/or lead to a stark realization that you’d been had.In search of valve & worth
