I had an issue with a mobile order and the staff was so very polite about it. They fixed the problem with ease and patience. This Dunkin has it all! Kind staff, quick service, good quality! First and last time here. Service was great and fast. Each of the 5 workers I saw wereFood was terrible! Sausage egg and cheese sandwich was just not edible. Croissant had a chemical taste, eggs had no flavor and sausage had a strange taste. After taste is just wrong. Vanilla coffee was hot which is the only good aspect.Thankfully, stopped at a coffee shop which was lovely!Sorry Dunkin.

I came in here to pick up a delivery order and no one spoke or said anything to me while I stood there waiting for any type of customer service and when I saw I wasn’t getting no help, I asked about the order and they brushed me off and shrugged at each other like they just didn’t have it. Lots of attitudes and poor customer service.
